We were very pleased with the service provided by USA CarShip. Our car was transported as agreed, pickup went smoothly, and delivery was on time. Overall, the execution was solid and professional.

I want to specifically highlight Richard, our representative. He worked hard to secure a fair rate with the drivers and did an excellent job mediating when pricing issues came up. This industry is not an easy one as it’s common for a price to be agreed upfront with USA CarShip and then, later on, for the truck driver to push for a higher amount. We had quite a bit of back and forth, and Richard stayed involved, advocating for us and helping mitigate what could have become a much bigger increase.

In the end, the final price was still above the initial contract amount, but thanks to Richard’s efforts, it was kept as low as realistically possible under the circumstances. That made a real difference.

Word of advice to anyone using car shipping services (not just USA CarShip): be prepared that the final price may end up being higher than initially quoted. Don’t hesitate to push back and fight for the best possible rate because if you don’t, you can easily end up paying $200–$300 more. Unfortunately, that’s an industry practice. The positive here is that USA CarShip actively helped us reduce that gap instead of leaving us on our own.

I would recommend USA CarShip, especially if you work with someone like Richard who is willing to step in and protect the customer.

This company was great. Second time using them shipping my car back and forth from NY to SC. They got me the best price and each time my car arrived safe and sound. I will definitely use them again..

UPDATED REVIEW: American x logistics has called and texted me numerous times and has now refunded me $100 from the mistake they made. There was no mention of the additional $200 they tried to get from me for additional fees, which leads me to believe these were bogus fees. While I’m grateful the company reads these trust pilot reviews, they’ve been trying really hard to get me to remove this review or give them 5 stars— which I cannot in good conscience do, considering the immense hassle and hidden fees they tried to hit me with. I still do not recommend this company. The carrier they booked did ship my van safely, but it was $1000 more than the contracted amount. (The contract terms also did not say that the price would change depending on carrier availability- which is what they kept telling me over the phone).

Atrocious! I read the reviews and should have listened to the negative ones as it’s clear the positive ones must be written by AI. The company quoted me $695 to move my vehicle- we signed a contract to that effect and I paid a $200 deposit. A week later when the vehicle was gonna be picked up they notified me that the price would be double. I said no, that’s not the agreement. I said find me a driver who will do it for the contracted amount. They couldn’t- so a week after that I agreed to have my vehicle shipped for $1400. Right before the driver came to pick up the vehicle, they called and said they needed another $200 to front the cost of fuel- and that this would be transferred to the driver. I asked why I wouldn’t just pay the driver directly and they said that’s not how it works- but that if I paid the $200 then it would only be $1200 at drop off. So I stupidly paid American x logistics an additional $200 ($400 total). Then when my car got dropped off the driver said it was actually $1300 and that he never got my initial $200 payment. To make matters worse, American x logistics called me after the vehicle was picked up asking for yet another $200 (!!) to cover the ‘brokerage fee’ which was not a fee covered in the contract- and I have it in writing (over text message) that there would be no hidden fees. I said no- if they continue to try and shake me down for more money I would sue them. So this shipping of my vehicle was double what I was quoted and under contract for. DO NOT USE THEM. I am now disputing the second $200 charge with my bank since that money clearly didn’t go towards my shipment as they had stated.

Best place to go no BS the price they tell is the price you pay and on time Daniel helped me out with the process he didn’t wast my time like the other places got a couple quotes from a couple of places and both places were trying to raise the price use these guys you won’t be disappointed

I wish this company would just be honest on pricing. Received a bid to move a car from Austin to Orlando. I feel it was a basic bait and switch. Once the car was on the truck, I get a call saying it will be $200 more. They already knew the driver's bid on the pick-up date, or before. Another item of concern was the docusign 'type' process. American does not send you a copy of the signed shipping agreement. Lucky for me, I pc-screen-printed each page as I was approving. Again, I think another way to bait/switch price. The car did get picked-up on the date scheduled. Delivery was two days late, but well within reason on distance hauled. American's excuse was "we are only the middle-man". I can say the sales person was nice. However, he just passed the up-pricing dirty work to his supervisor.

I was searching online for a shipping company to chip a car to Georgia, I left my number in few websites, then I received a call from American logistics company by Thomson who give me the offer of $375! I like the offer I agreed on it, so he asked me for $100 deposit, I made the payment right away by credit card; this was saturday evening, then he told me that the balance of 275 would due on a drop of the car in Georgia, and he scheduled the pick for Monday and the drop of after two days. While I was waiting for the tow truck, he called me to tell me that the price changes from $375to $900
at this time I know these people are scammed and they used that low price like the fishing bait because once they take the deposit they will never cancel the contract to kerp that deposit or screw you by the higher price, to make this long story short I just want to warned you from these people because they are not honest and they are very bad
