Amigo is cheap and easy to sign up for. The network for voice calls and sms is excellent, mobile data is really slow. Once you're a customer they're impossible to contact. The web form for messages doesn't work and the support line asks for a list of data before telling you it's closed, even after repeated attempts during working hours. Data rates are slow, much slower than Vodafone rates which use the same mobile network. Overall, rather disappointing.

Estou a 1 mês para irem instalar, na altura de efetuar contrato tinha cobertura estava tudo ok, entretanto agendaram instalação para 15/04 ninguém apareceu ligar para eles é um inferno responderam que tem cobertura mas não chega a porta tem que instalar até a porta já se passou mais de um mês e nada. Tenho um contrato para terminar e estou pendente disto. Ninguém liga ninguém diz nada. É uma vergonha
