Ampere Reviews

Bike arrived very quickly. Easy to put together, although had issues with fitting 1 pedal. This was soon rectified via a phone call & a new part being sent. Great customer service. Bike feels very comfortable to ride. Just need to increase the mileage to get a true picture but so far so good!

Superb build quality and excellent parts used. Great Riding experience to.

Early days, but I'm really pleased with the bike so far. It rides nicely and feels solidly built.

There was a slight issue with the order but the company called me and quickly resolved it. Very efficient delivery and impressed with the bike having tested it on my regular commute which includes a decent hill at the start of the journey. Only slight negative was amount of plastic used in the packaging where cardboard would have done the job.

Happy with the delivery and support. Only had it a few weeks but very pleased with my choice

As I have only just picked up the bike this morning I have not had time to ride yet. But the delivery and customer service has been outstanding. The bike is a birthday present from my wife and not allowed to ride it until the 13th November.

Following an apparently rare battery issue with one of our bikes, we were contacted by Thomas who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He arranged for the battery to be sent to Ampere and within 24 hrs he'd contacted us back with a diagnosis, informing us that a replacement battery was already on it's way! This arrived the next day. Outstanding service from the company. I recommend them to anyone admiring our bikes without hesitation. Pete

This is the second one we have bought in two months. My wife bought hers first. I was so impressed with it I bought one for my self.

Great customer service great bike well worth it's money

Great service, with a prompt clear reply to my request, quickly dispatched items.

I bought a bike through a cycle to work scheme and their customer support throughout the process was very helpful. Once my order had been paced the bike was shipped to me within a few days.

Great electric bike, well made lovely colour, easy to use controls, grand kids now have trouble keeping up with me

We tried out our new bikes last week and are absolutely thrilled with them. The build quality, the style and ride quality are fantastic.
Just fit the wheels, pedals & handlebars and they ride perfectly straight from the box.
Also this is one of the best and easiest companies you will ever deal with. Their customer service is brilliant.
Thank you
Tom Wilson

Great customer service which allowed me to purchase the right bike for me. Easy to assemble. Cannot wait to try it.

Both Colin and Tom went above and beyond to help me and make the purchase of my new bike as easy and straightforward as possible. They couldn’t be more helpful and went out of their way to get my bike to me. I would highly recommend, thanks so much to a great team!

A recent purchase of a replacement battery went very smoothly. The information from the team via WhatsApp was spot on.

THis bike is awesome! For what could be a £2K+ bike, you get hydraulic brakes, good loighhting - and even indicators. If you want a reasonably priced but great quality bike, then look at these.

Ordered bike Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning. Really easy to put together, lovely quality bike & it looks great in green & orange. Very pleased

Bike delivered as promised. First impressions very favourable, past peoples reviews appear to stand up.
