I was able to take the bike out for a good trial ride and was very happy that it was from my local bike shop. It’s very comfortable and easy to understand the screen and controls. It seems very well thought out for both ease and comfort. It is also quite attractive and a good price.

I recently bought an Ampere 700i step through electric bike and received excellent service. I cannot fault the customer care team especially Sam who answered our questions and queries very quickly. We did request the bike to pre assembled before arrival and unfortunately this was overlooked however we managed to built it and Sam arranged a refund of the build charge immediately. There was a scratch on the bike however a touch up paint is being sent and once again handled very quickly. All in all our experience with Ecobike/Ampere is impressive and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Had to wait a bit for delivery from China. But bike came almost fully built.

Very happy with the look of bike and it's construction. Very easy to operate. Love the low step design as so much easier to get on and off!

Very pleased to hear direct from Ampere that the warranty is automatically for 2years due to a recent policy change and not as indicated on the online registration form.

Bought the Ampere Hilux in red and really like it, looks great and rides really comfortably. My first e-bike and I’m totally converted. Leisurelife SW were brilliant – helpful, friendly, and really know their stuff. Highly recommend!

The service from Ampere was fine.
The delivery by Fed Ex was very poor and wasted 2 days of my time waiting in. I was informed that a signature would be required- it wasn't, and the delivery day changed at 12 hours notice. I wasted 2 days waiting in the house unnecessarily.
Can I suggest you consider changing your courier to avoid future poor reviews that are not your fault?

Ampere did a follow up call after purchase and the Bike was delivered the next day. I had a question on set up and it was answered on whatsApp that same evening. You cant get much better service than that.
