Paid for royal mail delivery with-in 24 hours of dispatch, order was only dispatched on 23/4/25
Currently 25/4/25 and still not received order or tracking info despite requesting it.
I ordered from 4 other online retailers on the day I made this purchase and paid for fastest shipping option also and received all with in a day or 2. All apart from amsre.

Please note - We publicised a closure of the business between the dates 17/04/2025 - 22/04/2025 on our website and our Instagram page for the Easter Holidays. This information and dates we’re listed on our website banner on our homepage, our terms of service page, our website Returns & Exchanges page, our Contact Us page, our checkout page when placing orders and posted numerous times on our Instagram stories.
The last working day for our staff was on 16/04/2025 and returned to work on 23/05/2025.
We do apologise if you feel like you had a bad experience this time but I can see that our protocol was followed, and can now see that your order has been delivered today.

Have a sale on, looked good deals. Clothing is tiny. But yet you cannot get a refund, it’s very strange business practice. Now I have clothes that are to be binned. Will never be using again

After having a look into this, I can see that a return request was never submitted by yourself. We have never informed you that you could not return this order.
If a return request was placed within our 28 day returns period, we of course would have accepted your return, as we have no reason not to.

Shocking quality unfortunately
Ordered a pair of utility cargo shorts in the sale. Thought it looked like a very reasonable price, but when they arrived I realised why they were so heavily reduced. They’re paper thin, to the point where if you hold them up to the light they’re completely see through. Just really poor quality unfortunately, and feel extremely cheap. They were in the sale, so hopefully their newer lines will have massively improved quality, as even with the sale price I feel like I’ve been overcharged! Did attempt to return but not offered on sale items, potentially being cynical but I think they may have known about the quality, or lack thereof, of the products.

Nice products, size down on the shorts as they’re long, if you’re quite tall should be true to size, only down side is customer service isn’t the best struggle to get a reply on email or DM and no tracking numbers to track orders, be miles better with DPD next day option

Great cargo pants
Great cargos. I’m 6’5” so was slightly worried they may be too short, but they fit perfectly. Website says the model is 6’4” and wears Large, so I got the same.
Really smart too, so acceptable for a night out, or for wearing casually.
Arrived earlier than expected as well I believe, so that was a nice surprise!
Would recommend. 👍🏻

The Windcheater is our best ever selling piece, and have never had feedback on it like this! A special blend of two fabrics were used to create this piece and the two fabrics when merged, create a lightweight jacket, perfect for wind breaking.
The piece is designed the way it is on purpose in order to fulfil its job properly, this does not mean in any circumstance, that quality was compromised to create the Windcheater. The two fabrics used to create it are actually quite expensive to us and the main reason we keep making them, is because they are by far our best seller we have ever made available.

The cargos fit well and despite being a thin material, I went to Dundee on a night out and fell onto my knees really hurting one of my knees, I could barely walk for a week and was left with a huge cut and bruise yet the cargos survived !
