Excellent products and services
Excellent communications, easy simple website navigation and purchased both a camera and films and then B/W film processing. Very impressed with all of these and will be using in future for all B/W and Colour developing.

I have always loved analogue wonderland…
I have always loved analogue wonderland but I have been totally blown out the water by their latest assistant helping me with an issue I had. I had the pleasure of being helped by Hakeem who has been extremely polite, helpful and responsive and has gone above and beyond to resolve my issue. I had a faulty film issue and Hakeem was instantly ready to help and suggest resolutions. I sent the film to be examined, they identified the issue and sent it back for me to reload in my camera free of charge. I am beyond grateful for his kindness and willingness to help and explain everything so I can understand.
Will 100% continue to use analogue and am a very happy customer!

Great choice of films but I made this purchase purely on price and the great offer that was running.
Took a little longer than I expected to arrive but probably no longer than stated, just impatience for a product I didn't need immediately, my bad 🤣

It looks like we dispatched your film in two days, but unfortunately royal mail took a day longer than normal to deliver it to you.
At the moment we are offering a years worth of high speed next day delivery for £25. As high speed parcels are guaranteed, you'll never have to deal with an extended waiting time again.

Dispatch times too analogue for my liking
This was my first order with Analogue Wonderland and I was a disappointed by the slow dispatch time. I ordered on a Friday evening (admittedly before a bank holiday weekend) and the parcel was not in the hands of the Post Office until the following Thursday evening. Technically within their guidelines but it meant but my order didn't arrive in time for what I wanted it for. Doesn't everyone else dispatch next day? Happy with the order otherwise, but don't order from them if you are in any kind of hurry.
Edited to add: based on the response I wasn't unlucky, it's normal.

Hi David, I'm sorry you weren't happy with the speed of your delivery.
As far as next day delivery, we do offer 24hr shipping (£6.50) or guaranteed high speed delivery (£8) to ensure our customers can get their orders in a pinch. The customer help line is also open from 9am-4pm for any shipping upgrades someone might need (or any other queries).
