They need to better take care of customers and their orders, and have a look at the delivery, because my orders been returned without attempts to deliver it by the courierthey deal with. All they had to say its order it again. Excuse you?! Will you pay for the delivery ? This is minimum they should do !!!! But they dont have responsibility nor respolect for their customer!!! Disaster and disappointing.

I honestly think this is one of the worst e-shops I have ever dealt with. I have experienced more than ten issues with them, and I genuinely cannot remember a single order where everything went smoothly. Either they sent the wrong item or the delivery took more than 20 days.
At this point, ordering from them feels like a gamble where I already expect something to go wrong — and unfortunately, it usually does. Luckily, I always check the package before accepting it, and I never pay in advance. Otherwise, this would have been an even bigger problem.
It’s frustrating because mistakes can happen, but when they happen repeatedly, it shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

The unit does not heat properly. I provided official written reports from both the authorized service and the installer confirming a defect (lack of refrigerant).
Despite this, Ananas keeps delaying the complaint process and trying to shift additional costs to the customer instead of taking responsibility as the seller.
Very poor experience and disappointing customer support.

Product purchased was inadequate for the meant use and of inferior quality.
Logged complaint immediately. It was collected by courier service the very next day. Apart from losing money for courier service and COD payment surcharge, so far even the cost of the product was not refunded. This is complete scam. Stay awsy for Ananas.

Extremely unprofessional – order cancelled without explanation, money still blocked
I had a terrible experience with Ananas.rs and I strongly advise others to be cautious. I placed an order on May 7th, 2025 (Order #QSWHZ-27774) for a Daikin A/C unit. Five days later, I received a call from their operator telling me the model was unavailable and offering a better one for the same price due to their supplier’s error. I accepted the offer, and we ended the call with a clear agreement.
To my shock, later that night – without any further communication – I received an automatic email saying my order was cancelled. No call, no explanation. Just a cancellation email.
It gets worse:
My funds are still blocked, so I can't even order a replacement.
They returned the original voucher I had used (3,000 RSD), but it doesn’t work anymore – the system says it’s invalid.
The next available model is 12,000 RSD more expensive, and they’ve offered no compensation despite this being entirely their fault.
I tried calling customer service multiple times and wasted over half an hour on hold, with no response.
Bottom line:
They broke an agreement, cancelled the order without notice, left my money locked, and failed to provide a working voucher. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Unless Ananas.rs changes their practices, I do not recommend using their platform.
Uzasno iskustvo
Preko ovog sajta sam narucila 6 solja Madame Coco. Dve solje su stigle ostecene, na jednoj je cak okrnjena rucka i fali parce. Pisala sam im e-mail zbog ostecenja i odgovorili su mi da ce pokusati da mi rese problem u kracem roku. Kada odem na sajt ananas rs, ne mogu da vidim da sam ikada ista porucila, tako da nisam imala opciju da zamenim dve sporne solje. Nikada mi nisu ni odgovorili. Takodje je moja koleginica porucila dve solje, jedna je stigla polomljena, a druga je bila u redu. Njoj su vratili vaucer za polomljenu solju, bez postarine, a nisu prihvatili zamenu kao opciju, vec su rekli da mora ponovo da poruci i da ponovo plati postarinu. Ipak je prosla bolje od mene, meni se nisu udostojili ni da se jave. Nikada vise necu poruciti sa ovog sajta. Nikada!!!

Be aware if you are purchasing anything with non-resident credit card, if anything goes wrong (and I mean really anything) you will not be able to get refund unless you have or can find some Serbian bank account to provide to them.
They are happy to charge off any credit card, but refuse to refund same credit card and instead insist on Serbian bank account.
This is not clearly stated anywhere, and is hidden in the fine print of the TOS.
Slagali da je dostava besplatna
Do samog kraja (popunjavanja podataka) i samog placanja pisalo je da je dostava besplatna, tek nakon zavrsetka uplate se pokazalo da sam platila sve ukupno vecu cenu od one koja je pisala pre uplate. To je zato jer su mi uzeli za dostavu i o tome me obavestil tek nakon zavrsetka kupovine. A pre placanja pisalo da je dostava za taj proizvod besplatna! Kontaktirala sam ih preko mejla i odgovorili su mi da je to zato jer sam porucila dva paketa- svaki paket po 18kg (ukupno 36kg) i time presla granicu od 30kg do koje su dostave besplatne. Moje pitanje je- zasto kada sam pravila svoju porudzbinu, sajt automatski nije prepoznao prekoracenje kilaze moje porudzbine i promenio cenu dostave vec su me do kraja lagali da je cena dostave besplatna? Da sam znala, raspodelila bih svoju porudzbinu u dve razlicite i izbegla prekoracenje kilaze i dobila besplatnu dostavu. Ovo je kradja para.

Medjutim, deluje da niko te proizvode ne isproba ili verifikuje tacnost navoda. Tako da mozete naici na proizvode sa laznim opisom da sadrze kvalitetne materijale i na osnovu toga imaju vecu cenu od drugih proizvoda iz te klase. Kad im je skrenuta paznja na to, nisu pokazali ni malo interesovanja da usklade opis sa stvarnim stanjem ili da vrate razliku u ceni koliko stvarno vrede komparativni proizvodi. Samo su ponudili vracanje robe.
Ne uzimaj od njih, kasne i ne rade ništa po tom pitanju.
Čovek uzme jer je jeftinije, a onda kasne više od nedelju dana sa dostavom... Ako ne vreme novac, onda ananas ispadne najskuplji jer vreme koje ti potroše bolje plati tih 5-10% skuplje negde drugde. Isplati se veruj mi. Pisao sam im više puta za više paketa koji su kasnili, boli ih ***** da isprave svoje greške. Čak i Temu da kupon ili neki dinar kao znak pažnje prema kupcu...
