Ordered a chair and it was delivered to my door in under a week. The quality and the price was great.

I placed and paid for my order on January 4, 2025, and I have been waiting for delivery ever since. It has now been over 1.5 weeks, and the order has still not arrived. I have been home every day, all day, yet the delivery status keeps changing, including false claims like "Recipient not at address."

Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the issue has not been resolved, and I have not received a clear explanation of what went wrong or when I can expect the delivery.

If your delivery service is unable to fulfill the order, I would rather cancel it and place it with another store where deliveries are handled more professionally.

It's a shame to see a platform that was once great turning into such a poor choice. Recently, many of my orders have been canceled without explanation, and one order was lost. After a month, four calls, and several emails, the issue is still unresolved. Customer support has been 99% useless throughout the process. Disappointing experience overall.

Extremely long delivery time.
It is much longer than what is promised. Because of that be careful when you have to order from them. Delivery service is very, very long.

scammers, we did an order with a discount code of 5000rsd (code s5000) ..then they declined our order because supplier is out of stock and they gave us back a discount code that does not work. we called multiple time on their support and they just dont care! stay away!

I ordered two items - they delivered one and canceled the second. For the canceled item, they returned 2200 RSD less than they were supposed to (including all discounts, etc.). Initially, they replied in an email and confirmed that the refund amount was wrong - but then they started ignoring my emails and didn't refund the rest. Awful service, don't recommend to buy anything there.

2 orders accepted and payed only to be cancelled 2 days after without any explanation. They don't reply on inquiry about cancellation.

On top of everything 2 emails to customer support regards returns have been ignored.

Order was pending for 9 days and then canceled because item "isn't available".Day after product is still available to order with higher price.

They can deliver your order for ages. And you event cannot cancel it, if you don't want to wait. You cannot change delivery time most often, you have to be at home all the time and wait a call from courier when he is near your house. They can send you wrong item and if you ask how to return it, support will wait for a few days, and then answer "you cannot return it, but we can give you a coupon for the next order", but this coupon doesn't work.

They are not respecting their own rules when it comes to delivery time and "processing" your order.
Processing order last 5 working days and what they claim to be "fast delivery" is 19 days. After all this, and after you confirmed this times, they are not able to process or deliver payed goods on the time that they announced.

Packet was delayed 3 weeks then qr code did not work. It was sent back to expeditor. Worst customer service.
