Having dealt with mark, he very much helped every step of the way and moved very fast. Starting and finishing a house move in 6 week deadline was stressful especially with hiccups and mark made me feel heard, informed and at ease. I was surprised how quick I got a response and how quickly they helped resolve things. Will be using this company again in the future for the level of comfort we had. Comparing to the sellers solicitors which seemed like pulling teeth, our solicitor was a dream.

Tried to sell my house with Anderson Bain. Initially started off great, got a visit and valuation arranged. Photographer came.
Then the guy doing the valuation rocked up, said he had no clue what it would be worth and then produced a number based off "whatever is on ASPC". The unprofessionalism of the guy recommended by Anderson Bain was staggering. The Property Manager I was dealing with seemed to be out of the office a lot when I was trying to sell the house which was unfortunate. I spoke to Anderson Bain about the unprofessionalism of the guy and the Partner in charge of the property team said they would get back to me early next week. That was the 18th of June. Still no response.

I wanted to write a review to thank Mark Millar at Andersonbain for all his help and assistance. He was very helpful throughout and always replied to any questions/emails promptly.

Cara was extremely helpful, considerate, explained everything to us and answered our difficult questions.
We were able to sign all paperwork over video call. This was very important to us as my father was unable to attend in person due to mobility issues.
