Realicé el pedido de 2 lamparas VP7 el 27/11/2023. Hoy día 11/01/2024 no las he recibido. He contactado 5-6 veces con Andlight, responden rápido, pero falta eficiencia. ¿Hasta cuando? Espero fechas... Toon meer

Compra fácil y entrega en tiempo acordado
La compra ha sido muy fácil y la lámpara ha llegado en el tiempo indicado cuatro días. La lampara es exactamente como esperaba. He quedado muy satisfecha con todo el proceso.
Quizás haría una sugerencia: que antes de finalizar la compra se indicara que se necesita incluir una bombilla y que el propio sistema te propusiera diferentes opciones. De esta forma, la compra quedaría del todo completa.

La lámpara es preciosa y el servicio perfecto
La lámpara es preciosa , cumple todas mis expectativas . Indicar que la lámpara llegó defectuosa y los trámites para el cambio fueron rápidos y sencillos , por lo que no puedo poner otra valoración que la máxima, ya que ante un problema la empresa respondió a la perfección y esto es lo que yo valoro . Recomiendo esta empresa y volveré a comprar .

Compramos una lámpara de mesa, nos llegó bastante rápido y en perfectas condiciones. En precio estaba 40€ menos que en la tienda on-line donde suelo comprar.
La lámpara es preciosa, se nota la calidad al tacto, nos ha encantado.
