Would like to thank all of the team in Winterborn branch for their great work on the sale of our property. The team are a great bunch and really do care and always endeavor to support you as a seller 100%.

This review is for the Andrews Lettings side of the business carried out by the Downend office and specifically relates to my dealings with Ms Molly Scott (Lettings Business Manager) & Ms Gurmit Kaur (Property Manager) over a period of two (plus) years.
While all the current staff seem friendly and efficient, I would like to single out both Ms Scott and Ms Kaur for consistently going the extra mile to try and accommodate my various queries and requests over the last couple of years.
Their professionalism, helpfulness, positive attitude and the efforts they went to on my behalf were very much appreciated and made our many interactions pleasant and as productive as they could be.
While I didn't always get my own way, I have to say there were always good reasons & the service and advice they provided was consistently excellent & clearly explained.
I appreciated their honesty and their detailed explanations of why certain things could or couldn't be achieved. as well as their efficiency in getting things done.
Both Ms Scott & Ms Kaur provided excellent customer service & Ms Kaur, as my main contact, was always available to help and promptly address any queries and issues. They were exemplary and I can only thank them profusely for all their patience and help over the years.

The Andrew Property Group have been extremely helpful and friendly during my property search. Ben Holman especially has been very honest about the properties I have viewed, and shared his knowledge regarding "renting in Bath"... 5 stars!! :)

Joseph is a total asset to Andrews. He has gone above and beyond for us with our HMO property. Every time I speak to him, I feel calm and that everything is being taken care of. He is incredibly professional and patient with us and his communication is outstanding.

I had a great experience with the estate agents at Andrews. Cat and Ed were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer every question and query I had with quick responses. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an estate agent and will certainly use their services again in the future!

Gurmit (Downend, Bristol) has been an absolute pleasure to deal with even when I forget things.
Generally a responsive and honest estate agent who are easy to deal with and flexible.

Gurmit has managed my property expertly. She is always available to resolve any issues from my tenants or myself in a quick and efficient manner.

Gurmit has always been very helpful and professional with everything. I recently had a minor leak in the property that I rent. This was fixed in a very short period of time.

Rebekah was very friendly, accommodated us on short notice to view a property, and was able to answer any questions we had.

Gurmit is always very friendly and easy to talk to. Listens and understands if we need help and is quick to respond when needed. I queried our renewal and Gurmit ensured she explained and reached out. Thank you

Cat was abolsutely fantastic for us this was our first time renting and we had no idea what we was doing but Cat made everything clear and understanding for us!! thanks so much

Very good property managers. Where always on time to fix broken things in the house and would always call to ask if anything was wrong in the property so they could fix. I look forward to getting another property with them

I rented through Andrews (Headington) for five years and had a very positive experience, especially with Joseph Fairman (Joe). Joe was consistently professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The tenancy termination and check-out process was also handled clearly and efficiently, with good communication throughout. I really appreciated the support and would happily recommend Andrews.

I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Harpindar Kour at the Downend branch so far. She has been friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process, keeping me informed and answering any questions quickly. The whole experience has felt smooth and straightforward, which has made things much less stressful.
