I got what turns out to be good advice…
I got what turns out to be good advice on the pump they recommended for my water harvesting requirements. As a non plumber I managed to install it and using the default settings it works very well. Delivery was prompt. I have not used any of the phone operated gismos and hope I won't need to.

The pump was delayed by 1 day
The pump was delayed by 1 day, even i paid for next day delivery. Customer was disappointed and couldn't get the heating working until the pump arrived. Will have to consider in the future of using your services again.

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS
These guys do not honour any kind of warranty...sold me a faulty pump and basically ignored my request for a replacement...then connected with me giving a load of lame excuses, asking me for video after video of pump going round and round in circles...I gave up...£260 loss...BAD COMPANY

I have spoken with the team and been assured the pump was inspected by the manufacturer and warranty failure not expected.
It’s important for customers to remember pumps are working equipment and if wear occurs due to sand or abrasion it’s not down to a manufacturer error.

Ordered a water pump
Ordered a water pump.
Called to buy a reducer for the pump from 1” to 15mm, the person said someone will call me back to advise what part I need and never did, I follow it up with another call and the person was not happy that I called back and ask me to go and search on goggle.
The box arrived with someone else’s name on it the delivery notes name has a different name than mine.

Good customer service but poor experience overall on this occasion.
The website indicated next day delivery but the item didn’t arrive until 3 days later. The item was dirty, covered in a layer of dust and there were small broken pieces of plastic from the base found in the box. When I called to request a replacement, the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I was advised a replacement would arrive the next day but it took another 3 days to arrive. Let down by their delivery company twice but the original item should never have been shipped in its condition.

You didn’t select next day and the pumps are brand new packed from Grundfos so I suspect you have wrong company here.
