Great bag! I had the same carry on my parents got me when I was 12 and it’s definitely past its prime. This was a very nice upgrade. I also never received a tracking number from UPS but my package arrived in about a week from the day I ordered in perfect condition. When I reached out to ask if my order had shipped and if they can notify UPS to send me the tracking information, they basically just went “yeah, your order shipped. Let us know how it goes.” Not very helpful but I’m guessing the mix up was on UPS’s end.

After first travel ,the carry on luggage zipper seam coming off.loose threads from the seam.very disappointed with the quality.

Ordering was easy and this time the shipping process went smoothly. (The first time we ordered a suitcase, UPS delayed, then lost, then found, then eventually delivered our bag—but the entire time Antler’s customer service representative was phenomenal!) We appreciate the free shipping option and can’t wait to use the lovely new suitcase (the lightweight stripe) on our next adventure.

The bag was delayed in shipping, Antler rep could not have been more accommodating.

The service was great, carry ons are light and quality made. Have not used them yet. Will update the review as soon as.

The bag was a gift for my daughter. She loves the bag and all the compartments. Especially the clip for keys.

The stitching on the outside zipper is already unraveled before first use.

I am loving Antler. I was looking for the lighter carry-on I could find and found it at Antler. More than enjoying the easy lift into the overhead compartment and gliding my over-packed carry-on through the airport with ease, was my experience with Marcelo in Antler Customer Service. Lots of companies make good luggage. Not all companies respond in 24-hours and don't stop until the customer is satisfied. Antler does.

I have seen the softshell luggage and am quite impressed! I own the backpack and love the quality.
After my Travelpro soft luggage was water stained I purchased your single stripe but unhappy with the quality in the zippers. The Cove Blue online appeared a blue gray though looks more sky blue on arrival, so was returned . I was just surprised by the difference from your soft luggage to hard shell quality.

First of all, I hate to give the company only three stars because the product seems to be perfect (have not used it yet), but it is super light weight and a great carry-on design. However, customer service has a bit of a ways to go. I placed my first order with this company and was sent a 15% off coupon to use on my first order. When I called the company to apply the 15% discount, they had no record of my order. I had to send a copy of my order confirmation for customer service to confirm my order! Then I was told they could not apply the discount until the order shipped.
When that finally did ship (it was backordered) and I asked for the discount, the customer service response was "as a courtesy" they will credit my account for the 15%. The whole ordering experience was a complete disappointment and I would have expected much better.

I'm so pleased with my new Antler luggage! It's beautiful, sturdy, and weighs almost nothing. I preordered this particular piece, and had a couple of questions before it was delivered. Antler's customer service was so helpful, and always responded in a timely fashion. I'm really impressed with this company.

The service provided has been great. Quick responses to my email questions. I have not used the suitcase yet but very happy with the looks.

my boyfriend had been saying he needed a new bag for work. he didn’t want a messenger/sling bag bc his work laptop is 17” and heavy. this bag is perfectly compact to fit everything he needs, including his 40 oz bottle. (he doesn’t carry lunch to work, so he didn’t need room for that)
and the true test: it held up perfectly when we got caught in a heavy rain (we live in nyc) all of his items were perfectly safe
he’s constantly getting compliments and thanks me everyday for buying this for him

I feel that the Hardcase luggage does not have reinforcements at the edges and get banged up easily.

Love the look and the light weight.

My order was marked as delivered on 11 August, but it was left in the building’s common hallway — not in my flat and not with our concierge. This is not a secure or acceptable “safe place.”

I reported the issue immediately, but customer service keeps repeating that it was delivered to a “safe place,” which is clearly not true. Leaving a package in a shared hallway is not safe, and now the item is nowhere to be found.

What’s worse is that there has been no clear action point, no timeline, and no accountability from the company. Responses are slow, repetitive, and unhelpful. I’ve been left hanging with no resolution to this day.

A very poor experience both in delivery and in customer support.
