I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. My luggage arrived stained and not even zipped properly, which is unacceptable for a brand-new item. I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange, and although they sent me a label, the only option available was for a return—not an exchange like I asked for.

I followed up multiple times (three emails) to get this corrected, and the issue still has not been resolved. I am now stuck with a damaged item and no proper support from the company.

This level of service is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected much better, especially when dealing with a defective product.

I am so happy with my new Antler carry-on roller bag! It’s well designed, rolls easily and is so lightweight! Bag arrived quickly. As a dedicated carry-on traveler, I’m thrilled with this new addition to my luggage!

I was excited to receive this, but it arrived with visible scuffs and uneven discoloration—unexpected for a brand-new suitcase at this price.

The return process for a damaged item was more involved than it should have been. Despite returning it unused in the original packaging, it required multiple steps, follow-ups, and delays, including waiting for inspection before a refund is processed.

Customer support was polite and responsive, but the overall experience didn’t reflect the level of quality or service the brand claims to offer.

Ordering was extremely easy, delivery was quick. The product was as expected....classy and elegant. The antler green color was beautiful and very rich looking. The suitcases are extremely light-weight. Totally satisfied by the workmanship and quality.

I was looking for lightest luggage out there and I found it! Well made, rolls like a dream, all in soft sided luggage. I have the medium checked and recently bought the expandable carry on. Couldn’t be happier! Love it!

LOVE my medium soft side ultralight. Very light, wheels move well, easy to pack.
Color is sand(?I think?) not really sand colored has some green in it but still ok!I wanted a color that isn't black or blue or ((ughh)) burgundy!

Bad service: it took 17 days from ordering to receiving the products, and 16 emails with customer service to get the right products delivered.

Quick efficient delivery of items I ordered.

There was a problem with my order because they sold an item that was not in stock and even after notifying me they did not remove it from the site. This led to a delay in the shipment of the remaining items as well as in the omission of updating on the processing of the same. After contacting the company they didn't know how to provide me with relevant information about what was happening so I just got anxious thinking the suitcases wouldn’t arrive on time for my trip!

Ordering is easy, delivery timely and the luggage straps are perfect!

I received a link for airline crew purchase, when I tried to use it, it didn't work. It took so many days to hear back from customer service in the first place, so I didn’t bother to try contacting anyone again.

The life time warranty only covers manufacture damage which means once I start use the luggage, anything can be categorized as usage wear and tear, which is NOT covered by the warranty. So basically, life time warranty doesn’t exist but a misleading marketing slogan.

The luggage itself is very light as advertised. It’s been working well in the first week of my travel. We will see if it lasts as I travel much more than most passengers.
