Problem with FedEx delayed the delivery and it was difficult to confirm the date. I do not live in the delivery address so had to arrange for someone to receive and bring the piece bought to me

I absolutely love the weight of the single stripe carry on, the internal compartments are also great. 3 stars because the exterior scratches so easily for a bag that costs more than most. Yes, I know I can wipe it down but scratches remain. Yes, I know it gives it character but is it not possible for Antler to coat the exterior with something that prevents the damage to the plastic? I guess I'll have to do it myself for now but it would be awesome for such an incredible product to look less like a 5 year old bag after just one use.

For such a nice backpack, the shoulder (padding, or lack of) support is very poor. As expensive as this backpack is, I would expect better.

It is a nice backpack, I appreciate the storage, zippers, and overall aesthetic.

But due to the straps, I would not purchase another one.

This rating is based on my initial look and feel. I’ll know better when I travel.

Had an issue with my Antler suitcase. They asked a couple questions, then replaced it with a brand new one! Love it!

Perfect sized bag with plenty of useful pockets including one for water bottle. My only complaint is that the bottom fabric is canvas and with the lighter color that I picked it might easily pick up dirt. This was nowhere mentioned in the description. Good value on sale.

The luggage is so lightweight, functional and nice looking. And the price is reasonable for such high quality. We love it.

The medium sized suitcase is super light and easy to move.It was slightly bigger than my previous one but it is still easy to handle. I ordered the suitcase online and it arrived quickly and well- packed..it came with a nice dust cover for storage as well. The only minor issue I've found is that the metal zipper tabs are twisted ( probably this way for the locking capability) but they are very challenging to grab ahold of when you need to unzip the suitcase quickly.I would suggest putting a rubber grip at the base of the zipper pull to help give it more traction. It was more expensive than the other suitcases I looked at, but I am hoping the quality and longevity of the bag will prove that it was worth the extra cost. I've taken one short trip with it so far. The design of the bag is ordinary. I do like the teal color though. Overall I am very happy with my new lightweight suitcase and hope to get years of use out if it.

I was excited to purchase a quality piece of luggage from a reputable brand like Antler, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. While packing my new Large Single Stripe suitcase for the first time, the zipper broke immediately. The zipper quality is very poor, and the suitcase overall feels flimsy—comparable to, or worse than, luggage you might find at a discount store.

Antler advertises a lifetime warranty, but their warranty process is extremely problematic. No one responds when you file a claim. You have to file the claim and then contact their catch-all email to “remind” them to process your warranty. They did replace my suitcase with the same one, but I’m leery of the longevity of the frail zipper.

This purchase feels regretful. Even though they replaced my suitcase this luggage does not have a build quality that will last a whole trip, let alone a lifetime. Buyer beware: this is not quality luggage. The listed 4.9/5 rating on their website is also highly misleading. Antler uses Yotpo, a platform that allows companies to selectively publish reviews. I submitted a negative review for this suitcase, and it was not included—calling the displayed rating into serious question.

My advice: spend a little more and buy luggage from a company that offers real quality.

The wheel was damaged by the baggage handlers and came off. This was our second flight with the case. Antler do not supply replacement wheels - even though they are attached on the inside with 2 screws. Forget about claiming on the lifetime warranty - it strangely does not cover actually using the cases with an airline. I hope that they take note of this and start supplying replacement wheels which are an obvious weak point in their design and could be considered a manufacturing defect if they break so easily

Travel shoulder bag arrived without its shoulder strap, making it useless. On requesting that the missing strap be shipped to me, I was informed that I would need to return the bag in order to receive a new bag with strap. What a crazy policy!

Also ordered a carry-on suitcase, and was disappointed in the quality of the product.

The luggage is as light as a feather! It arrived very quickly.

Very disappointed with Antler's customer service. I bought my suitcase around a year ago and after one recent trip it came back with holes in the case. I submitted a warranty claim expecting support, but Antler immediately shifted responsibility to the airline without offering a proper assessment or solution.
For an expensive, well-known brand, this feels like poor aftercare. The suitcase hasn't lasted as expected, and the lack of responsibility taken by Antler has really put me off. I wouldn't recommend if you're expecting reliable warranty support.
