Thumbs Up

I purchased an expandable carryon Icon Stripe. It shipped quickly and arrived on time. It is a very handsome piece of luggage, and yes, the wheels are smooth, and the zippers are equally smooth, and it is quite light in weight. I needed to reach out to customer service because of a size discrepancy in the description vs the diagram on the website. They were incredibly accommodating, apologetic, and ultra-quick in responding to my question. I want to give a shout-out to Ally and Marcelo, they were super professional and understanding. On the whole I am happy with the purchase and Antler, and decided to keep it. Now for some criticism- I do believe the extension handle could be more structural- there is side-to-side movement when extended, and it does have a "delicate" feel. It is like it could actually bend if pressured in the wrong way. I wish it were "beefed up" a bit, even knowing that adding structure would increase the overall weight. While the wheels are smooth and quiet, I'm wondering if they will stand up to airline handling abuse (hopefully they will). The twist in the zipper pull (to enable it to engage the lock) is a tad strange and hard to get used to. Bottom line, I would purchase from Antler again. They do have a good quality product and the history to back it up.

The suitcase is well made

The suitcase is well made. Expandable function is nice. Have not used it yet.

My only disappointment is the weight. I was really hoping it would weigh in at 4.1 as advertised but it came in at 4.4. I have an IT luggage made in UK and it is closer to 4.1 lbs.

Damaged Delivery and Missing Luggage

My package arrived in a box that was completely destroyed. Upon opening it, I discovered that one piece of luggage was missing. Since then, I have been in constant contact with your team and was informed that the missing luggage had been shipped. However, to date, I have not received any tracking information or confirmation of delivery.
I have sent numerous follow-up emails attempting to resolve this matter and, despite my efforts, the situation remains unresolved. This lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the luggage no longer includes dust cloths, as expected. Instead, the item was wrapped in cheap plastic.
At this point, I would appreciate immediate clarification on the status of the missing luggage, including valid tracking information. Please also advise what steps will be taken to address the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by this experience.

Not all of our ranges are supplied with a dustcover and some do come with a biodegrdable protective film to protect them during transportation. Protective luggage covers are avalable on our site if you prefer to store the case in one

Disappointing and puzzling

I have travelled yet and just bought another set to go with the icon suitcases I bought a month ago. The icon is indigo blue. I had it in a separate room with some shopping bags. When I came to pack it had white scuff marks everywhere ! They don’t wipe off either. I’m very disappointed and worried the set arriving tomorrow will be the same . I researched quite a while and this was my first antler set.

They do not have a phone number and…

They do not have a phone number and overshot their stated delivery time by over a fortnight. They consistently did not meet their own stated guidelines for response times and provided no clarity as to the delivery partner or a phone number for me to ring. They do not have a phone number you can ring. They continued sending me marketing emails including emails about enjoying my new luggage when it had not even been shipped. They were seemingly bought by a conglomerate ATR Holdings Ltd so the brand is no longer independently owned. Do not order from this company if you live outside the UK. If you live within the UK you should be fine.

Another Antler win!

Have been happy with the Antler product in the past so was easy to consider ordering their product again. The order was sent out and received everything in a timely fashion and very happy with everything.

I love my bag

I love my bag. It is the lightest one of its kind and it’s also very convenient. It has a front pocket and the four-way wheels make it easy to roll it down the aisle of the airplane.

Arrived after I left for the trip I ordered it for…

Ordered a suitcase for a trip on December 28, but didn’t arrive until January 9, even though it was shipped on December 29. Even with the holidays, it arrived very late and I had to find an alternative for my trip on January 6. Customer service only seems to respond when you use their contact form which is for sales (surprise, surprise). Supposedly my case is being reviewed “urgently”, but that was on January 7. It’s now January 12…

Backpack is a gift for my daughter. Impressed you offered one that zips like a suitcase to keep one from digging to the bottom for items, works both ways. My other daughter is an avid fan of your company and recommended you.

Lightest bags

The soft bags are the lightest carry on under 5lbs and check bags at 6 lbs and roller bags as well when most bags weigh twice that much when empty. Great bags when you are tight for weight. Well made bags. Holding up well despite the airlines.

Pretty Awful

I purchased the Large Single Stripe luggage and it arrived with a poorly taped white garbage bag around it. For this price point the least Antler could do is to include a dustbag. I also own luggage by Paravel and in comparison, the Antler luggage is cheaply made. The inside has no protective board to ensure the contents stay put and it has cheap net-like material. I would never purchase from this company again.

The protective covering is actually biodegradable film and was a concious move away from a less enviromentally friendly dustcover with each case. in terms of Paravel whilst also a luggage brand its a completely different product at a much higher price point but we believe Antler as a brand represents a strong value proposition with over a century of innovation for those who travel often

Carry on just arrived

I have yet to use my lightweight carry-on from Antler. So far, it looks good and appears sturdy. Once I carry it, I’d be happy to give and more detailed review. I would love to have a carry-on, which is even lighter than the 4.1 pounds. Antler, I hope you can continue to provide the same quality and lighter load with future carry-on designs.

Possible scam?


26/12/25 I ordered two bags from Antler.
5/1/26 I received one - but one not on my order.

I sent an email through the website looking for clarification.

I received an email from Antler to say my order had been completed so I got in contact with someone through the WhatsApp channel.

My experience was really frustrating. I presume it's a bot, the answers were long winded and not always addressing the issue.

There is little effort to rectify the situation. The solution being I return the bag I received and then they will start a replacement for my order.

My sister had warned me about their customer service. She had a very similar situation before Christmas and is still waiting for her replacement order from 8/12/25. I presumed that was simply an unfortunate incident and went ahead and placed my order.

I'm now questioning if it's a scam?

I'm receiving conflicting messages on the whatsapp channel so i'm unclear of the status of my order.

Lifetime warranty not worth the extra expense of purchasing Antler

I purchased the Antler Prestwick large suitcase in grey on 15th June 2024 for my daughter to use on her travels. It has been used on 7 long haul flights. I specifically paid that little bit more for it due to Antlers reputation and lifetime warranty. On the latest journey, upon getting home, we discovered one of the wheel casings was cracked which will likely lead to the wheel eventually falling off. I contacted Antler who responded with it must have been due to mishandling by airport staff, and did nothing. Now, to compare, we had a large aerolite suitcase which developed trouble with one of its wheels stopping turning. They immediately sent out a replacement. That COULD have been due to airport mishandling, or it could have been on the bus, or the train (where everyone packs bags on top of each other, or it could have been whilst bumping down a kerb whilst being pulled - its simply impossible to tell. If you sell a suitcase, you HAVE to make it robust enough to cope with ALL the usual treatment it will receive. To simply use the 'it just have been damaged by the airline handlers' is simply an unacceptable get out. Clearly, the "lifetime" guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. I think I'll stick with aerolite for a replacement this time!

Update after the usual Antler reply - The information on the purchase was all on the warranty claim I submitted that you (Antler) rejected out of hand, with the usual 'it must have been the airport handlers', so if you refer to my claim you will have all the information you require. P.S. back to my original review, you should be making products fit for purpose, and you SIMPLY DONT KNOW where the damage occurred. It could have been anywhere, and by anyone. To simply keep avoiding warranty claims by blaming airline baggage handlers is unacceptable and quite frankly a cop out.

Hi Bryce - we have sent a direct message to request some further information to allow us to locate your order but in general our warranty does not cover accidental damage or mishandling by airline ground crews. This is because the damage to the item has not arisen as a result of a manufacturing defect. It is also the case that airlines have a legal duty to assist passengers where luggage has been damaged in transit and must repair, replace or otherwise compensate for the damage. In this instance we would therefore recommend contacting the ticketing carrier to raise a claim
