My experience with Antler has been extremely poor and is still unresolved.

I was charged for four suitcases across two orders, but have only received three. One shipment arrived missing an item, and Antler’s own packing documentation confirms discrepancies in what was dispatched.

Despite weeks of correspondence:

Antler have been unable to clearly reconcile what I was charged vs. what was delivered

Responses have been slow, contradictory, and often incorrect

I have been asked to return items without any clear agreement on the missing item or refund owed

Communication has now largely stopped

At this point, I have paid for an item that was never delivered and have no clear resolution or refund timeline. I am now forced to pursue a chargeback to recover the outstanding amount.

This has been a frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming experience. I would strongly caution others to double-check charges and deliveries carefully.

Purchased Dec 2nd - two Medium cases & covers. 1 suitcase arrived via DPD so I queried the rest of my order. Despite numerous emails over several days, Antler blamed DPD so with no idea when or if the rest of my order would arrive, I contacted DPD. They confirmed only 1 carton had been with them ie only partial order had been dispatched. Soon as I told Antler of THEIR mistake, they dispatched the balance of the order. No apology, just did what they should have done 8 days earlier. Despite again, several emails to both Antler Global and their customer service AND a promise that my issue was prioritised to a “specialist” team to advise why this happened, why the price on the 2nd order was “cheaper” than what I originally paid, I have received no follow up email or apology or response to why I received such shoddy treatment regarding my order. I bought the suitcases as a Christmas gift for myself & my husband for a forthcoming trip. This company, its customer service team and the shocking “customer service” I have received is appalling. I am a repeat customer (I purchased a cabin suitcase from them in Dec 24) but would now avoid them and take my business and time to another company. Avoid this company.

I’m very happy with the purchase of the Antler suitcase and the overnight carrying bag set.
I previously had the experience with the light but flimsy suitcase that didn’t last long. This feels sturdy, durable yet easy, and smooth in maneuverability. I like the accessory straps to personalize and add functionality that made mine look great.
The antler customer service was so delightful, they responded timely to resolve my issue.

The luggage arrived promptly. I’ve already used it on one international round trip and again today departing on another international journey. The bag handles much more easily than my other bag which was only slightly larger, and the handle is very comfortable.

Never a worse customer service experience. I ordered a bag and was sent a tracking email. When I checked the tracking, there was no information available, as the shipper was a third-rate shipping company. I messaged Antler customer service and the agent had no idea how to track the package. She said it would be arriving, 2 weeks later, no bag, no tracking, no response form Antler. I emailed again and again and again. They had no idea where the bag was, I cancelled the order, which was also like having a tooth pulled. After contacting Antler over and over and over, with no tracking of the bag, false promises I was finally credited. I highly recommend anyone look for any alternative than the brand Antler.

Pros: the suitcase is rather sturdy and very well made. The wheels glide well even on carpet. It was able
To handle a good amount of packing and my dog carrier on top. The color was lovely as well and the design was sleek and modern.

Con: shipping took a while to receive. I wish I had gotten the suitcase a lot earlier so I would have been able to exchange it. As much as the suitcase is well designed I found the front pocket to be very unforgiving. It can fit my laptop and a few small slim items that’s it. If you pack the suitcase even 70% you run the risk of the front pocket not closing well. I wish I had gotten the soft suitcase with the front pocket that is stretchable but it was too late. I travel ALOT and with a dog so the front pocket was very important for me in case I have to QUICKLY switch my carryon to baggage under the plane and so need to take my laptop and very important beauty devices out and place them in my personal bag. It still bums me out I couldn’t get the other luggage.

Website easy to navigate. Good tracking system. Fast delivery. No damage. Beautiful product. Good reviews.

Very lightweight and sturdy.

Fast shipping. This item was a gift. The recipient suggested this travel bag and it is perfect for her needs. I love the bag and it will be great for all of her trips.

Used for one trip, it got scuffed up easily, but it's light, and I got a lot of stuff in there. I was able to fit a weeks worth of things in there plus some with out expanding

love the weight of the luggage. first trip with it. wheels are turning well. plenty of room for a carry on of that size. and slight light enough to manage to store it in overhead compartment. highly recommend it.

Our order arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It appears to be a good product.

This is our second set of Antler luggage we have purchased. After thirteen plus years, our original Antler Liquis bags are finally showing signs of succumbing to the regular assault of travel and the airlines. We have not yet travelled with our new bags but they seem just as well made as the previous set.

We ordered directly through Antler for this new set and the process was very smooth. They had a nice holiday sale and the bags shipped very quickly.

Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful when I thought we had missing packages. I was extremely impressed!

Pouches are practical for organizing a large handbag.

The payment page was $ USD, but when this charge went through you did it in GBP. Along with the unfavorable exchange rate, this resulted in a foreign transaction fee from my bank. If you're going to charge the amount in GBP at least display that on the payment page and give the better exchange rate.
