The payment page was $ USD, but when this charge went through you did it in GBP. Along with the unfavorable exchange rate, this resulted in a foreign transaction fee from my bank. If you're going to charge the amount in GBP at least display that on the payment page and give the better exchange rate.

I haven't used it yet, but it looks like it's well made, and I just like how it looks.Zippers are easy the locking mechanism is easy.The wheels move smoothly.I'm looking forward to using it

Products look amazing. Two came a little scuffed but Marcelo made the process to get them replaced very easy and I got my new bags in time for my next trip. Would definitely recommend and buy here again!

First time traveling with the suitcase and it has already ripped

The return process is far too long - it takes up to a month apparently and I’m still waiting after two weeks for a refund . This is unacceptable for a reputable brand . Will not buy from them again

On Dec17 I got my refund to be given message ( not actual refund yet ) it took over two weeks
Just to say to Antler I’m not sure if my complaint made a difference please make this process faster and more communication thsnk uou

Great Holiday gift, my girlfriend loves the color

This is the second review I have written, as I got no response from the first one. Please avoid this company. Spent a long time reviewing and persuading my husband to move to Antler from Samsonite, big, huge mistake. One return journey to the US and back, our lovely brand new cases (deep red colour), were totally covered in white marks, even my carry on that was handled only by us didn't escape the white marks. All Antler suggested (as they do not cover cosmetic issues and blamed it on the airline staff), was to rub off, I had already tried that, or use a magic pen, I tried that also. It is like the outer shell has been rubbed off and the underneath is white. Antler are refusing to do anything further. Disgusting service. Now have to go on continued trips with brand new suitcases that look awful, compared to our 15 year old Samsonite ones that still look good. One of these were on same trip, and no white marks on that one. If I could give less than one star I would. Don't Waste you money, £620.00 down the drain.

The website was easy to navigate. The product arrived quickly. I loved the suitcase, but it was a bit too small for my needs at this time. So I sent it back.

Unfortunately I did not receive my order because of lost delivery. The customer service specifically Marcelo was outstanding. His prompt responses trying to track the luggage was helpful. The backpack will be delivered and I will reorder the suitcase when it becomes available in January.

I absolutely love the Antler Overnight Bag!

It's the perfect design/style, size, and bravo to you for adding the purse/tote feet on the bottom of the bag.

I give it 4.5 stars :-)

A couple things to improve upon your design; please add: 1) water bottle holder, 2) a shoulder pad added to the shoulder strap for comfort, and 3) Sturdier snaps on the leather handles. One of the two snaps fell off of the Overnight Bag while I was removing the bag from the box.

Please upgrade soon, as I wish to purchase two additional Overnight Bags from you.

Very stylish and highly functional design. Solid construction, light weight, thoughtful features, great elevated aesthetic and color palette. And a very reasonable price.

Only two note: the 'taupe' color is much closer to a light gray in real life, than the brighter, warmer sandy color on the website. Also, the locking zipper pulls are a great idea, but a very weird shape in your hand. The twisted metal pull is actually annoying to zip and unzip, and that's without anything stuffed into the suitcase yet. I wish there were a less 'designed' and more ergonomic.

Great bag! I love the suitcase style opening and the quality of the fabric is undeniable. I’ve had it fully packed out and it’s still very comfortable on my back. I do however, wish the interior lining was a lighter color for contrast.
Love the size as for me being 5’2” it’s very comfortable to carry.

I was looking for a lightweight suitcase for overseas travel. This one fit the bill. Also, the warranty on it is good. Haven't actually used it yet, so I can't attest to anything else.

Great luggage. Shipped on time and packaged beautifully. I own several pieces.

I will never buy anything from Antler again. I was deciding between Away and Antler and chose Antler based on its commitment to craftsmanship and a lifetime warranty. My suitcase fell apart after one use and when I contacted Antler they blamed me and said it was my fault. They take no responsibility for their poor quality. A suitcase should be able to withstand one flight in an empty overhead compartment. This case isn’t even worth $30 dollars. Buyer beware!

Bags are light and seem sturdy. I'd like to purchase another bag - large - which will be my third - can I still get the 3-piece discount?
