After 6 months of smart toilet use remote went out. Company is unwilling for any type of support stating out of warranty. Remote replacement cost $300. This is not a luxury built brand if product does not last a year. Very disappointed buyer beware

Nice faucet, great price. Wish there was another aerator available for a little more powerful flow. But it is really nice as is.

The heater bar arrived as promised but there is a big scratch on the front. I altered the customer service team of this issue and was promised a response. 2 weeks later there has been no response.

Item as describe, Good product, shipping arrived on time, product was look nice waiting for plumber to install soon thanks.

I do not usually review items But feel the need to review this crappy product and company. Never have I ever received such bad customer service in my 59 years of life. The drain instructions and parts do not match up. I tried to talk to customer service and after days of waiting I find out no one there knows anything about their product. They say to drill a 2" hole and then tell you put a 2-1/4" gasket in it. I take pictures with a tape measure showing the dimensions and instructions and then since they can't comprehend even the most basic concepts of math I get told to take a video. Then they say those aren't their parts. As if some magical parts just showed up at my house. This is what you get with Chinese made parts and customer service elsewhere who have never once seen their own parts. Beware.

I purchased and installed this ANZZI faucet 3 years ago. Starting August 2023, the faucet started to drip water and would not shut off. The problem appears to be the water valve assembly which needs to be replaced. However, I was informed by customer service that the part was on back order. I have repeatedly contacted the customer service since then, and I got the same answer. Now I learned the part will not be available until May 2024! I no longer believe the timeline, or if the part will ever come.

This is a ridiculous situation, a customer should not have to wait at least 9 months for a replacement part to come! If you are thinking of buying this faucet, please be aware that if anything is broken, you WILL almost certainly NOT be able to repair it!!

Took multiple emails and pictures to get replacement parts not in original package even as I was very specific and provided part numbers. Eventually, they did agree to send needed parts.

The shower door works great and looks even better. It's a heavy door which adds to the value but also mean shipping was a bit more complicated.

We would highly recommend Giving Anzzi the opportunity to provide the product for your next project.

This beautiful waterfall vessel sink was very well packaged for shipping, is such high quality and looks even more beautiful in person. Easy to install, no leaks and I absolutely LOVE it!

Unfortunately the ANZZI Veil Series 74 in. by 34 in. Framed Glass Shower Screen began rusting at the frame only months after installation. Not a great design.

It takes too long to communicate and the return policy is almost none existent for anything is worth less than 200 dollars.

Box was delivered in terrible shape. At least one part was missing which probably is no big deal. Length of time between acknowledgements of delivery date; I had to contact the company to get an update. Try a little harder to maintain communications with your customers.

We ordered 2 shower doors from Amazon and one was damaged in transit. Anzzi went above and beyond to make sure we received a replacement and that we received the best possible price for our shower doors. Thank you for taking the extra step for great customer service!!!

I have been unable to track the shipment. I don’t know what carrier is bringing it to me. Even when I downloaded the shop app I couldn’t track item.
I did receive a shipping date after my review, and then it came a week early.
Other than the tracking of item, I’m happy with purchase

Delivery took 10 day and when I get it product was damaged. Awful experience.
