I am completely satisfied with this product, it works flawlessly without any prior setup, subscription, or mobile network.
Just pull it out of its sleek little case, attach it to your dog’s collar using the very secure mounting that comes supplied and you’re ready to go! It operates anywhere, even in the most remote areas.

The company is extremely professional and incredibly responsive to all requests.
The customer service alone deserves a genuine five‑star rating, if not more, since I couldn’t be more satisfied!

The device ships quickly, arrives promptly, and there are no hidden fees. If any issue arises, the support team is again fantastic. You can buy it, and you’ll be sure it will soon arrive at your door no matter what happens.

As for the tracker itself, it reacts well and performs efficiently on all terrains. I’m genuinely impressed by both the product quality and again the customer service.

I purchased the Aorkuler Tracker about 1 year ago for my dog to use during our daily walks and to keep track of her when she was outside. We live in a rural area with fields, woods, and hills around us and limited to no cellular signal. I had tried a cell-based tracker without any success due to the slowness of the tracker while looking for a signal. We live on a dead-end road, so she is always off leash when we are walking. This tracker is small and lightweight which is great for my dog's neck issues, and fits in its case quickly and easily. I keep the case attached to the top of her chest harness with the straps that come with the case. The system works very well. I can 'pop' the tracker out of the case for charging and quickly pop it back in place before we head outside. She has put it through the test, going through dense woods, running through bean and corn fields, rolling around in delightful dog 'perfumes', gotten it wet in rain showers, wrestled with the cat, and has never lost it off her harness or caused it any harm. I charge it every night, and it is always ready to go the next day and will last all day. I keep it on her when we drive into town mainly for my own peace of mind, knowing that if something happens, she could be located quickly. The set up is easy and the controller is very accurate in giving me the direction and distance she is from me in feet. My anxiety during our walks has gone from constantly searching and recalling her, when I cannot see her, to zero because I know the controller will point me in the right direction. I can recall her with confidence because I know in what direction to look and holler. Finally, the customer service with this company is outstanding. Casou was helpful and supportive in helping me through a problem with the tracker (I fried the battery this month by putting it on a different charger that was over the recommended voltage). They were extremely helpful in trying to help me fix the problem first by updating the system and then providing a discounted replacement when it was deemed a lost cause. The problem was user error and not due to faulty product. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this tracker and this company. Highly recommend. I will not use anything else and have recommended to others who are struggling with how to keep their dog safe without paying for a monthly subscription or relying on our cellular system.

Trackers that use mobile signal don’t work in my local forest where I walk my three dogs off lead every day. Arkouler doesn’t require a mobile signal so was an obvious choice for us. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and feel that I’ve road tested it for long enough to give an informed review. Sadly (or happily) I haven’t lost my dog since I bought it so I haven’t had to use it in such an emergency. But, providing I take a minute at the start of the walk to wave the controller around to ensure that the tag and controller are both linked to GPS, I know the location of my dog at all times. This is immensely reassuring. My lab loves water, so I’ve been relieved that (thus far) the tag’s immersion hasn’t stopped it working. I use it for roughly 3 hours a day and charge the controller and tag twice a week. Price-wise it works out only a tiny bit more expensive than a mobile phone app tracker once you’ve paid the monthly subscriptions. I’m very pleased with my Arkouler and would highly recommend.

I live out in rural Utah and cell service here is basically nonexistent. I tried Tractive first to track my escape artist, Lane, but most of the time it just didn’t work. When I contacted their support, they told me the issue was the lack of signal in my area — not their product. That didn’t help me at all, so I returned it.

Then I found Aorkuler online. Before buying, I messaged their customer support with a bunch of questions, and they were super friendly and helpful. After I ordered, the tracker showed up fast and I started using it right away.

Honestly, I was shocked that it actually works where I live. And anytime I’ve had a question or ran into a small issue, their support team replies really fast — sometimes in just a few minutes. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and you can tell they actually care.

Now when Lane takes off, I can find him quickly instead of freaking out. This thing has been a total game changer for me. Highly recommend if you live in a rural area or don’t have good cell service.

I live in a place with basically no mobile signal. My dog got lost once before and it took forever to find her, so ever since, I’ve been a nervous wreck anytime I can’t see her. That’s why I got this dog tracker.

A few times she’s run off, and I just follow the arrow slowly. The signal sometimes drops, but it comes back quickly, and the tracker always points me to her.

After using it for a while, I finally feel relaxed. No more heart-pounding panic like before. Now, whenever I take her out, having Aorkuler makes me feel totally at ease.

Got this Aorkuler dog gps tracker as a gift for my grandpa. He lives kind of out in the woods where the signal isn’t great, so this gives him peace of mind when he takes his dog for walks. The tracker is really simple to use, which is perfect since he’s not great with gadgets. His dog is his best buddy, and now he doesn’t have to worry about it running off. Really happy with it!

I have several beagles that can get on a trail and disappear quick in thick woods. I have the Fi gps collar on one of the beagles but, when the woods are very dense it loses its signal. A few days ago it lost its signal, fortunately I had the Aorkuler on her as well. I was able to track her down with ease! I am so glad I had that Aorkuler tracker on her! It works great and doesn’t rely on cellular service. The best part is there is no subscription. This device could save your dogs life!

Shady company. Returned tracker immediately, got the runaround about a refund, never got one from the company. Thankfully Paypal credit pulled through for me. Tracker did not work well for my area and the speed of my dog. When I returned it, it went to someone's home address.
Regardless of their reply below. Paypal credit never heard a response from them and they did not work with me as they stated below. So I had to go through a heck of a lot of headache to get a refund, almost 6 months later.

The Aorkuler Dog GPS Tracker 2 works well and as advertised. We appreciate being able to keep track of our dog without relying on cell phone service, as other dog tracking devices require. We have had success using it reliably on remote hiking trails, as well as in larger dog parks in the city. We did have trouble briefly with the tracker unit not charging, but when I reached out to customer service, they responded promptly (within 30 minutes of my email!) and gave a cleaning suggestion that quickly and simply resolved our issue! We appreciate the dog GPS tracker, and the customer service can't be beat! We recommend this product!

The product works very well, we use it on a daily basis for each walk, already for almost 2 years now, for shorter and very long walks. Also, Aorkuler has an exceptionally good after sales service in case of questions, orders, delivery, ....

I have tried the apple chips and found them useless. I have open fields and timber on my property and Aorkuler works really well in knowing exactly where she is in real time. I even tried the subscription type and it didn’t work as it should sent it back.
Second time out she came back all wet been swimming and no problem.
For my situation I recommend the Aorkuler.

Easy ordering and fast delivery, updates and communication while in transit. Item arrived nicely packaged , clear instructions and VERY easy setup ( in fact binding and measurement units already pre configured so took 5 minutes to get going)

First test -worked perfectly and accurately . Fitting on collar simple and secure.

Overall, well designed and made, customer support for extended registrations quick and communication quick and informative.

Great product, Good Support.

The product has numerous flaws but the most important is that it doesnt work. Worse, Casou doesnt honour the warranty

For the past close to three decades I have had Labrador dogs. We are fortunate enough to live on our own estate with a fair amount of land to walk. The dogs are almost always walked off the lead. Inevitably one goes walkabout. These days it is our relatively young black working dog. I have tried three so called GPS systems, but each one requires a tie into the cellular service. Around us signal is usually poor, even more so in the woods. I stumbled on Aorkuler’s GPS unit on the internet as I was, again, desperately looking for a true GPS system that works. It has proven to be exactly what I am looking for. I have successfully traced my dog, sometimes over relatively long distances many times now. Success in tracking her down has been 100%. So, thank you to Aorkuler.

I bought these Trackers for my 3 Husketiers who are ascape artists
At first I bought 2 later on I bought 3 more upgraded ones , which are more better as in battery life and distances.
Sir Casou sent me an update for the newer trackers and now I can walk my dogs with only one receiver.
I thank customer service from AORKULER especially Sir Casou for his optimal great help!

We waited with writing this review since we wanted to know first how the product would work out. We've had the aorkuler for about 9 months now and couldn't be happier. We had a tracking device tied to our phone previously but since we live in a rural area and mostly go hiking in the mountains, it was completely useless. The aorkuler has been a game changer and helped us locate our missing pup numerous times. When off leash, it is super reassuring to know how far our dog is away, and if he is going further or coming back. Moreover, we trained our dog to become aware of the beeps when he is going too far afield so he knows now to turn back. Casou has been immensely helpful in setting up the device and promptly responds to any issues. We won't have any other tracker, ever.

We've relied on the Aorkuler tracker to keep an "eye" on our 15-month old crazy puppy as we walk through the woods. It's been a god-send-we're too old to run after him!

When the controller failed to "wake up" I contacted the Service team who quickly responded and attempted to walk me through a few trouble-shooting steps.

When that failed and because it was under warranty, they sent a replacement controller.

After completing the "remove" and "binding" steps, the tracker and controller connected.

We can again walk in the dense woods while still knowing where Bud has run off to.

I bought this tracker for my cat, a 2-year-old Main Coon.
Commercial GPS solutions are often huge for a cat. Here, the transmitter is more discreet. I attach it to the harness.

The customer service is brilliant ! Thanks to William for convincing me, and for all the answers he gave me. Responsiveness and transparency !

In concrete terms : for the moment, I only take my cat out in the garden. Sometimes tied up, sometimes not. He's still young.

Cats have trouble staying put. He'll absolutely explore the area, and one of the first times (before I bought this tracker), I lost sight of him... and he'd actually wandered into the neighbours' yard. I panicked before I saw it.

Anyway, since then I've been much calmer. I have to admit that the accuracy of the direction your animal is facing is amazing ! As for the distance, I'm not sure, but I think it's pretty accurate.

Minuses : the beeping sound is too low. If the environment is noisy, it's very difficult to hear.
Secondly, the fact that the direction (and distance) display goes into standby mode after 15/20 metres. A message replaces them to indicate 'nearbye'. William told me that this was to save the tracker's energy.

So... for a dog, I can understand. At this distance, you're bound to see it, or if you call it, it will come. For a cat... we'll talk about it again ! If a cat doesn't want to show itself, you can walk past it 10 times (in a thicket or a bush) without seeing it. So this limitation is a shame.

But I'm aware that this tracker will rarely be used for cats (please think about car, Aorkuler team ! It would be great for your business too).

In the meantime, I'm very pleased with this device : no subscription, fairly small, battery that lasts much longer than a traditional GPS, long range...

If I ever have to take it out into the countryside, which I'd like to do, I'll have a clear conscience.
