I’m really happy with the service I received from Apex Double Glazing. A gentleman called Happy looked after everything and he was absolutely amazing — super helpful, professional, and kept us updated throughout on the progress of the doors we ordered.
The fitter was excellent as well, and once the job was finished they cleaned up properly and took all the mess away with them. Couldn’t ask for more. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Don't know where these 5-star reviews come from, but this company doesn't do what they are meant to do...Like, give a Fensa guarantee after installing, fix snags that they never tended to, used shoddy and inferior dirt and fingerprint-filled glazing units....I could go on and on...this has been going on for Years

Decent product let down by poor installation oversight.

Apex came and surveyed and accommodated us as the project evolved. We had Apex fit windows for a full home renovation in August 2025. They initially fitted double glazing instead of the specified triple glazing. Once the issue was identified they agreed to refit the triple glazing.

For the FD30 windows, installers intended to seal with non FD rated sealant, which we had to oversee to rectify.

You hear a lot of horror stories about Double Glazing companies hard sales tactics and shoddy workmanship

His product knowledge transparency and customer focused solution finding for bespoke products and complicated installs is 2nd to none

We used Apex Glazing to replace our old bi-fold doors in our lounge leading to the backyard. The quotes were very competitive and the installers were also very professional and even though we had lots of trouble getting the windows in eventually it was all sorted and we are extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend these guys

Did a great job of giving us new windows and doors throughout the house during our full house renovation. Fitted us with a lovely oriel window box that everyone comments on. They also suggested, provided and fitted our Edwardian property with flush floor-to-ceiling ultra thin sliding doors across the back facing our garden. Lovely interior crittal doors too. Would highly recommend Sunny and his team.

We had been planning to replace our windows and patio door and had been looking out for a reliable glazing company to carry out the replacement work to a high standard.

I am so glad we found 'Apex Glazing'. The initial consultation meeting was very friendly but at the same time informative. Sunny clearly explained the differences between UPVC and Aluminium windows and pros and cons of each. This really helped us decide our final choice.

Once the order was placed, we were given clear timelines in when the installation work would start. There was a slight delay but this was well managed by the project team.

The installation team took great care protecting our existing flooring when removing and installing new windows. We are very pleased with all the latest features our new windows have - vents and ease of cleaning.

The bi-fold patio door is a major highlight. It is so easy to open and close and moves so smoothly. I highly recommend this.

Replacing all windows, patio and utility door took a week and the installation team did an excellent job for finishing - no cracks and hardly any re-decoration for us to worry about.

Our house now looks stunning inside and out and we already had a few comments from passers by.

We used Apex for 1 casement window, 1 bifold window and a large skylight roof lantern. Price was excellent, installation was great.

Few small delays in getting the survey done but in the end really happy with the result.

If I could give it more stars I would!!! Found apex glazing through a post online. I was nervous as it was one of the names I did not know. Sunny clearly knew his stuff and the more I checked them out more confident I was. I spoke to everyone , checked companies house I wasn’t going to get a caught up with a horror story scam I see online. Spoke to fabricator to confirm they are an approved partner for Ultimate cover.From start to finish these guys were a dream. Easiest part of the build thanks to sunny and his team for glass. Good communication , managed expectations and I am blown away with the light. He did a great job of demystifying the options a true partner to a challenging house renovation. I was project managing everything myself so having someone help with my vision was spot on even enhancing my ideas. Was very clear on how things needed to be done for my builders and proactively built this relationship. I was still in control but it was a team effort to create an accomplished result. I was not concerned about the relationship with the builders as sunny made sure everything was checked and agreed. More windows to go in the rest of the house but confident glass amongst the long list of other worries is throughly managed to time by Apex. Bravo - Sunny, Zaira , Micheal, nick and AJ. Very happy with the all round service, the planning from Sunny was top notch, the quality of the doors is amazing, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great company, very reliable, and professional kept me updated when my windows would be ready stuck to there word and the quality was great would definitely recommend and use again 10/10
