We had Sam, Rana, Amrit helping us on the day who were all absolutely amazing! Not a scratch on any of our furniture and they dismounted and mounted again large pieces of wardrobe.
Unfortunately, the admin we booked with (Jason) miscalculated the load and sent a small van only, and wanted to charge us extra to rectify his mistake.
Sunny (ops manager) very kindly intervened and sent a second truck at no extra cost.

Couldn’t be happier. They arrived on time, were pleasant, and just got on with it.

Saini and Paul were amazing, very fast, hard working gentleman! Made sure all of our furniture and belongings were moved perfectly safe and sound.

Absolutely amazing! Amman, Suhail and Raouf were absolutely lifesaving, it was 28° today and crazy humid and they packed everything up and moved it in a day, asked me so many questions about how I wanted everything done. They were so respectful of everything. As a single mumma I am super grateful. I hope I don't have to move again soon but I'll recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys.

Do not use Apex! If something goes wrong, which it did catasrophically for our move, you will never hear from customer services again! They CANCELLED OUR MOVE THE NIGHT BEFORE THE JOB!!!! We haid paid our deposit and have a long email trail of comms relating to our move. They returned none of my emails until I complained on Trustpilot, and only that was a couple of phone calls. They are not respondong to me on email and I am going to have to take them to court.
