Just had the most amazing experience with this company. From getting the quote ( best one I had by far) and reassuring me with my questions around timings as I was moving house and in a chain. On the day, Ben and his team of 3 colleagues arrived on time and cleared the house in super quick time while still taking care everything was carefully moved and loaded. It was a long distance move and when the team arrived they were not phased to have to wait a couple of hours until I got the keys. They unloaded and made sure everything was placed were I wanted it. They had to work late into the evening in stormy conditions but stayed positive and friendly throughout. Thank you Ben and team ( so sorry I’ve forgotten everyone’s names ). I really am grateful to them making such a long day stress free. Highly recommend and will always use for any future moves.

Outstanding Service from Bestway Relocation
I have now used Bestway Relocation for the third time, and once again, they were absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Zain, Arif and Shamshad did an amazing job handling our move. They first moved our entire household from Paisley, Scotland, to storage in Slough, and later moved everything from the storage facility to Horley.
Throughout both moves, the team took exceptional care of all our belongings. Everything was handled professionally, carefully and efficiently. Even the second move involved carrying everything up to a second-floor property with no lift, and the guys worked incredibly hard and completed the job brilliantly.
What really stands out is their professionalism, care, hard work and positive attitude. Moving house can be extremely stressful, but Zain, Arif and Shamshad made the whole process so much easier.
This was my third time using Bestway Relocation, and I will absolutely use them again whenever I need to move in the future.
A massive thank you to Zain, Arif and Shamshad for the outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking moving team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Khan and Shamshad were amazing during the whole move. All furniture moved and put into my new home without a scratch. I suggest using them for your house move if you want a nice and easy process. Very very helpful.

These guys are amazing. House done in 3 hours which includes disassembly and reassembly of some pieces.
Zain and Arif did a fantastic job, really happy and will totally recommend these guys.

Bestway Relocation were great in every…
Bestway Relocation were great in every aspect, they kept in constant communication through out the process, from the initial meeting and quote to after relocation.
Their packing was impeccable, so much so that nothing was broken in the move of a large 5 bedroom house. The removal guys were careful, labelled everything very well and very careful even with incredibly heavy items.
Ben, Zain, Naim and the whole team were superb - so hardworking!
They remained good humoured throughout the 3 day move.
We recommend them to anyone who wants a careful, dedicated, polite relocation company at a very reasonable price. Their charges were explained and exactly as agreed.
A trustworthy, reliable, polite and professional relocation company.

Trustworthy Removal Company
I was let down by another company at the last minute and Bestway stepped in. I dealt with Sunny who was available and helpful throughout the process and despite a short time frame and difficult move he was available and kept me up to date. I also needed my posessions put into storage for a week during the process and all of that was handled efficiently. Due to a late completion my possessions couldn't be delivered on the same day but they found a new slot within 24 hours that even meant some of the team working late to get me moved in.

Amazing removal team, costs lacking integrity
Let me start by saying, the team that were allocated to me were absolutely amazing. They were quick, they were thorough, they really got the job done perfectly! I cannot fault the work carried out. I would recommend the team that I had on my move within a heartbeat.
however, I would seriously advise checking the quote provided is what you receive. I was advised & quoted for a 4 man team, however there were only 3. The quote specifically stated 4, I was charged for 4 & paid for 4. I was also told, there was no need to pack my wardrobe as they would provide 4 wardrobe boxes which would be plenty. I only received 2 & was asked to box us the other items. I didnt have a problem paying for the service, this was flawless! I resent paying for what looks like an additional person that the company didnt have to cover the cost of.
given that these items are itemised on their quote, I would have expected to receive this service. Upon raising this with the company, they took well over a week to respond to me after following up. When they finally got back to me, they justified that I had 3 senior experienced staff, again, not the issue, the fact they budgeted for 4 & none of this was communicated at any point.
I seriously question the integrity of the company, I would encourage looking at a different company as I cannot recommend in good conscience. If they price on the job, they should reflect this in their quote & not provide specifics.
I am since reducing the rating of this. I would like to clarify that the quote stated "4 staff" not "up to" as mentioned in the response. I had to chase for invoices & the responses were not "prompt" as they state, I should not have had to follow up.
Bestway have fabricated parts of their reponse & shows the nature of their business very clearly

We fully understand why you would raise this concern, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
Our quotations are based on the overall scope and requirements of the move, rather than being calculated as a simple charge per individual mover. Where a quotation states “up to 4 movers”, this represents the estimated team size we anticipated might be required to complete the move efficiently. On the day, we allocated three senior, highly experienced movers, who completed the move successfully and worked diligently extra hours to ensure everything was handled safely and efficiently. The agreed fixed quotation remained unchanged.
Regarding the wardrobe boxes, we acknowledge that four wardrobe boxes were indicated in the quotation but only two were provided, we don't charge for wardrobe boxes (these are complimentary ) and we sincerely apologise for this shortfall. This should have been communicated clearly, and we understand your disappointment.
We would also like to clarify that we responded to your email promptly and immediately referred your concerns to our Claims Team for review. Our Claims Team operates within a five-working-day response period, and your matter was acknowledged and handled within that timeframe.
We always aim to ensure that every concern is properly reviewed and addressed through the appropriate process.
We take feedback like yours seriously. Our intention has never been to mislead or charge customers unfairly, and we are sorry that your experience left you questioning this. We are pleased that the actual removal service was, in your words, “flawless”.

We recently used Bestway for our house move, we couldn't have been happier with the service. our competition date changed several times but this wasn't an issue and we were reassured each time.
the day of the packing the team arrived promptly and worked smoothly and quickly, all our items were carefully packed and labelled in a respectful manner. The day of the move , again the team arrived promptly and worked quickly and effectively to get the vans loaded. they dismantled furniture and ensured every item was removed from our house. they unloaded the vans into our new house, again; very effectively and respectfully. they ensured that items were put in the correct rooms and maintained communication with us throughout the process. they took on extra jobs for us which were so so helpful! 2 of the team worked late into the night to ensure all jobs were complete and that we were satisfied with their work. It's very stressful to move house, especially with young children- we were so pleased to have Bestway involved as It took so much pressure and stress away from the process. Thank you to the team.

We changed dates several times due to unforseen circumstances, and they were helpful and understanding all the time, right up to the move today
