Ant & Brian S from the High Wycombe depot have just returned my furniture and belongings that have been is storage for several months. A different removal company dealt with the initial collection and delivery to the storage facility. Unfortunately, upon the return of my possessions it was found that some of my furniture had been seriously damaged and a complete lack of care was taken with the packing and removal. Consequently, Ant & Brian had the embarrassing task of discovering the poor service of another company.

However, despite the atrocious weather, they were extremely professional, careful, and thoughtful whilst making a stressful situation much more cheerful with their amusing banter.

They made sure that they did everything possible to make the remaining unpacking easy once they had left.

I have had several moves recently and they were by far the best and I would recommend Bonner.

The guys, dave and Jake were both great , lots of care and kindness and very friendly too.

Excellent removal service! They travelled a 2.5‑hour drive and delivered everything right on schedule. Dave Rogers and Shane England are quiet gentlemen, but they worked incredibly hard and with great care. None of our heavy solid wood furniture, boxes, belongings or the property sustained any damage. I am very satisfied. Thank you both so much for your hard work. Fully five stars, highly recommended!

Just leaving a quick review to extend my sincere thanks to Ant and Brian (from the High Wycombe Depot) of Doree Bonner UK & International Removal Specialists (job ref: 300758) for the excellent service they have provided in delivering my shipping from NZ to the UK. They were polite, friendly, very quick, and careful not to damage our personal belongings. Arrived exactly when they said they would which was also helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doree Bonner to anybody who needs a top quality removal service. The back office support was also very helpful in coordinating the shipping and paperwork which took a lot of pain out of the process. Thank you

Really would recommend use Doree Bonner for a house move. I was appreciative that from my first initial enquiry they didn’t bombard me with phone calls. They let me take my time and when ready accepted the quotation. The removal guys themselves (Dale and Jay) were great. They took great care to make sure they didn’t damage anything moving out of the old house and into the new one. They were really nice guys and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. Throughly recommend them.

Huge thanks to Yasin, Bill, and Harry who handled my move. They took care of everything—from the packing to the heavy lifting—and made the entire process look easy. They were incredibly professional but had a really chilled, relaxed vibe that completely took the stress out of moving day. I highly recommend them!

Phil and Samual the geordie lads were brilliant from start to finish. Turned up at 9, done and dusted by 2, took the greatest of care with packing up a good bit of glass furniture and were beyond helpful. Could not recommend this company more. Dave at the office was also fab, this was a last minute quickly needed move, within an hour I had a happy quote and boxes delivered so I could make a start on packing over a weekend. Took away a lot of what was a stressful situation. Want the same two lads back to unpack when I get into my new home

The two guys that came to empty my garage and put it all into storage, Kieran G and Simon N, job reference 307340, were excellent. They were very nicea and hard working. They did everything I asked and I would recommend them.

Mick and Ian did a fantastic job on moving day. They were extremely professional, working quickly and efficiently while handling all of our belongings with the utmost care.
