Awful!!!
I have been a customer for MANY years. I spent huge amounts for storage for many years.
When I then PAID them to move my items to Italy they allocated 2 days to unload and unpack my items in my apartment on the 5th floor. I hired & paid OUT OF MY OWN POCKET an external lift to assist them.
However, THEY messed up the customs paperwork & arrived a day LATE which meant the external lift I PAID FOR was completely wasted.
Because they arrived a DAY LATE, they FAILED to complete the unpacking & the removal of the packing materials.
They arranged one half-hearted return visit by their local partner to finish the unpacking. That team FAILED to finish & PROMISED to return to finish the job.
Doree Bonner then refused to send them back to complete the job!!!
My boxes remain unpacked MONTHS later!!
AFTER ALL THE MONEY I PAID THEM OVER SO MANY YEARS, THEIR FAILURE TO FINISH THE JOB IS A DISGRACE.
AWFUL!!!!

Jay and Dale were smart and very personable. So pleased with the way they handled everything so efficiently and delivered to my new address.

We had a great experience with Doree Bonner. We had to have our whole house packed up to be put into storage and they made the process super easy and stress free. Simon N and Barry B were excellent, they were quick to pack everything up and were super friendly too.

From the start DB was very professional and organised and not only that they stepped in within 10 days of contacting them after we had been let down badly and stuck to the dates they provided and provided a competitive quotation for our move to Devon.
The move was also more complicated due ti being rural with restricted access and they managed that well.
They communicated well and the team that carried the delivery were fantastic. Brian and Sam were with us from start to finish and then supported with Ant and his son Kieran with some additional help given by Des, Cam, Nick and Taylor.
I rarely give 5 stars but this team were excellent and worked extremely hard and were cooperative. I use to have a landscape design and build business and I appreciated the quality service which unfortunately is a rarity these days

The collection, storage and return of our furniture was very efficient.
Everyone involved in this process worked very well and was friendly.

Geordie Crew: a great set of lads. Absolutely efficient, friendly, polite and careful with our stuff. Also really patient with some fairly tricky logistical challenges that they sorted quickly and efficiently.

Pleasant and punctual staff. Wrapped everything with immense care irrespective of value. Nothing was broken out of 30 boxes mostly filled with China and glass.

Excellent removal company, starting with the assessment of what we needed by David. The ladies on the help desk putting up with my stresses of not knowing our completion date to the team who moved us. The day was emotional moving out of home for 22 years, I had recently had major surgery so couldn’t lift anything but John, Joe and Joe put us at ease. They were so quick, helpful and friendly. Then more of the DBonner team met us at the other end, and got us into new home within an hour!! Thank you so much lads you were epic!

The Geordie Crew, Dylan and Brian were brilliant. Very good service. On time, careful, speedy and thorough.

Kieron Giles and Richard Toghill arrived at 8am and were finished by 9.15. They were very friendly and respectful of our property. Packed and stored it in the lorry with care. Bonners have been very good in communication of dates and timings.

Dale and Darrell were very professional and helpful removing our furniture for storage. The got the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you.

Doreebonner is a verh good removel company they had removed and stored my furniture aftef i had hax a flood from an external water pipe lucky enough I was able to catch the water ingress at the start and was able to lift my furniture up off the floor anc save it. Doreebonner arrived and safely rapped all the furniture before taking it away and storing until internal repair work was completed, Then gave Doreebonner a call and given a date kf the furniture return. 5 star company with very good and helpfull workers who take a lot of care with your property.
