We are very sorry to read about the issue you described regarding the stripped bolts and the difficulty taking apart your bed frame. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to any of our customers.
However, after carefully reviewing our records, we have unfortunately been unable to locate any booking or service request under the name used for this review, and we have not received any prior complaint regarding this matter. Because of this, we are currently unable to identify the job or investigate what may have happened.

Your full name used when booking
The address where the service took place
The date of the move or furniture assembly
Your booking reference (if available)
Once we have these details, we will be able to review the job internally and work towards resolving the situation.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we would welcome the opportunity to clarify what happened and help if this service was completed by our team.

A very professional outfit who delivered the goods.
A very professional outfit who understood our requirements and were well equipped to perform when required.
We suffered significant chain delays but when we finally received our move date then Ben & Shah packed the majority of our possessions the day before then processed the remainder on the move date itself.
Everything went like clockwork and the team worked like trojans to pack, move and unpack like a well oiled machine. They were professional, considerate and careful meaning nothing was damaged, misplaced or lost in transit.
