We used Apex to move to our first home together. They were faultless from start to finish. Brilliant communication - clear, concise. Fantastic value for money (& trust me, we shopped around). Cheapest by far and the most comprehensive service. The two guys who did all the moving were charming. Good humoured, gentle, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, swift and just completely brilliant. I had a great experience with Apex Moving Company. The team was professional, punctual and very accommodating throughout the entire move. Removal was okay. Setting up was very administrative and time consuming. Reasonable but not great value for money. Movers did not speak great English, causing a severe language barrier as would not move the stuff where I wanted them to. Movers also complained about having to take a king size bed (in brand new wrapping, nice and easy to move) up the stairs (this was of course included and I couldn't offer to move it myself as I am disabled. Then mover stood over for me and forced me to give him a 5 star review. Review wouldn't go through due to lack of internet and he became very assertive with me, standing very close and being generally intimidating. Review now changed. I would say I wouldn't reasonably use them again, especially as I booked a second move through a different moving company and they sub-contracted to Apex for £180 more! The second team was very difficult.

I cannot recommend Apex Removals & Storage Group highly enough. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful long-distance move feel smooth, organised, and completely hassle-free.

From day one, Peter was exceptional. He was honest, transparent, and always quick to communicate throughout the process. I was genuinely surprised by how competitive their quotation was—it was significantly cheaper than one of the UK's largest removal companies. I was initially a little hesitant because of the price difference, but any doubts disappeared on moving day.

At exactly 8:00 am, Raouf and Amaan arrived, ready to get started. They were absolutely incredible. Despite it being one of the hottest days of the year, they worked tirelessly from start to finish without taking a break. I honestly don't know how they managed it.

The move itself was no easy task. They carefully carried all of our belongings down the stairs from a first-floor apartment, loaded everything with great care, drove a considerable distance, and then unloaded it all into a three-storey house. Throughout the entire day, they remained cheerful, professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking.

What impressed me most was how much care they took with every item. They constantly checked with me before moving or placing anything, making sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. That level of communication and respect gave me complete confidence that my belongings were in safe hands.

Raouf and Amaan are genuinely wonderful people—humble, kind, and a real credit to Apex Removals & Storage Group. Their work ethic and customer service were second to none.

I honestly can’t recommend Apex Group Removal and Storage highly enough.

The team had an incredibly tough job moving Hannah out of her flat, which was on the eighth floor, and they handled it with absolute professionalism from start to finish. They carried everything down eight flights of stairs, including a fridge, washing machine, Peloton bike, sofa and countless boxes, before moving it all safely into the new house.

The three guys were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard all day, never complained once, kept a positive attitude throughout, and treated every item with care and respect. Their work ethic was outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
