We recently used Apex Removals for our house move on 23rd June, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

A huge thank you to all the Apex Removals team for their hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude throughout the day. The guys arrived on time, handled all of our belongings with great care, and worked efficiently to make what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and well organised.

Everyone on the team was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was moved safely and placed exactly where we wanted it. Their teamwork and attention to detail were outstanding.

I cannot recommend Apex Removals highly enough! They recently helped us move from Portsmouth to Milton Keynes, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end.

The team first came to our property to carry out the packing service, and we were genuinely impressed by how professional, organised, and careful they were. They arrived exactly on time, which immediately gave us confidence. Every item was packed with great attention to detail using high-quality packing materials. They took excellent care of our furniture, fragile items, and personal belongings, making sure everything was properly protected for the move. It was clear they take great pride in their work.

On the moving day, the team arrived exactly as scheduled with three fully equipped vans, ready to get started straight away. They worked incredibly hard throughout the day, yet they remained friendly, polite, and professional at all times. The move was very well organised, and everything was handled with care. Despite the size of the job, they made what could have been a very stressful day feel smooth, easy, and completely hassle-free.

When we arrived at our new home in Milton Keynes, they unloaded everything carefully and placed our furniture exactly where we wanted it. Every member of the team showed respect for both our old and new property, ensuring nothing was damaged. Everything arrived safely thanks to their excellent packing and handling.

What really stood out was their excellent customer service, attention to detail, punctuality, and dedication to doing a first-class job. It is rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Apex Removals exceeded all of our expectations. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made all the difference.

Having read quite a lot of positive reviews, we booked their house removal packing and move service. In the run up to booking, we provided two lengthy videos of the house, to demonstrate exactly what we needed moving and were reassured that it would be straightforward. On the day before the physical move, two helpful guys arrived to pack and were shown around the house in detail to again confirm exactly what was needed to be moved.

The following day, we were surprised to see 3 smaller transit vans arrive (we were expecting a large removals lorry), but we were told that everything would fit. The crew (most of them) were friendly, but they had a very laid back attitude and it seemed like we had booked ‘man with a van’ rather than a professional removals service.. there were a lot of cigarette and chat breaks and no sense of urgency around clearing the house.

Unfortunately, we witnessed (from an upstairs room where we were guarding cats), one of the crew rifle through a box that he had loaded and pocket an item. We remained vigilant and a few minutes later saw him do the same, in a different box. At that point, we opened the window and confronted him (he said ‘oh I was just checking that everything was in there’??). I then reported this to the guy in charge, who replied ‘why would he do that when you’re nice people?’ (Hmm, stealing is stealing and not dependent if they like you or not). And ‘we came yesterday to pack and had plenty of opportunity to steal if we wanted to, but we wouldn’t do that as you’re nice. I’m sorry’. Surely when you book a removals service then you should not even have to worry about crew stealing?

In addition, at around midday, as we were close to completion and needing to vacate the property, one of the guys in charge came up to me and said ‘oh, we have a problem, not all of your stuff is going to fit on the vans’. When I asked what they were going to do about it, he replied ‘well all our vans are out, so we thought that we’d leave it on your drive and drop a van load off and come back for it’ (our move was 1 hour 15 away). I explained that we were due to complete and our buyers needed to enter the property with everything gone, so it resulted in (me organising) us having to leave a van load of stuff - including valuable electric bikes and a fruit machine - on a neighbour’s drive (who was responsible for insurance at that point?) until they found a van to collect later (that van did not leave our new property until just before 8.30pm that night).

Smaller items were thrown into the van with no care (we had several breakages) and packed really randomly. Quite a lot of outdoor items were forgotten and I had to go and collect them myself from the old property 2 days later (a full car load of garden items).

We know that 2 phones (old, but useable) are missing and, even tho we are now fully unpacked, I am still missing two full bottles of expensive perfume.

To make matters even worse, I emailed the company a week ago (the day after we moved), to raise my concerns, feedback re the theft and to suggest they rethink what they are actually selling (ie house removals service versus the reality of not very good man with van). The company have not even acknowledged my email, let alone recognised my concerns.

In summary, I would not use this company again…

Professional removal service! On time, took care to pack our goods, carefully placed them and ensured the electrics were working. Had Naman and Matern looking after us - highly recommend them

Before I booked this company for my house move, I was a little skeptical because the price was so affordable. I honestly wasn’t expecting much—but I’m so glad I was wrong!

From the start, Peter in the office kept me updated every step of the way, which really helped put my mind at ease. I was still a bit nervous due to previous bad experiences with other movers. When the moving team was running a little late, I started to worry again, but Peter called to explain they were stuck in traffic, which was completely understandable given it was around 8:00–8:30am.

The team arrived in two large vans, and from that moment on, Haseeb, Moosa, and Guri were outstanding. They worked tirelessly without stopping, handled all of our belongings with the utmost care, and were professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humour throughout the day.

I honestly can’t thank these guys enough. They made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier, and they are a real credit to the company.

Thank you, Peter, Haseeb, Moosa, and Guri—you were all absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced moving service.

Apex men were extremely professional, well mannered and respectful. They did a really good job and were very accommodating

Sonu and his team were brilliant and looked after all of our goods with so much care. Very smooth and trouble free even though they had to do an extra trip to accommodate our large amount to move, they did so with kindness and a smile …& we had some heavy and tricky items! I would highly recommend Sonu and his crew and would use them again. Thanks guys!

Following my one star review on 22 June Apex agreed to honour our original invoice price. If only they had rang back the same day this situation & resultant stress may have been avoided completely.

The removal guys Mohammed & Shamir were lovely, efficient and very good at their jobs. Getting the items to their destination much quicker than I expected. The removal experience was great.

They did resolve the situation to my full satisfaction and at that point communications with Sam was very good.

I intended to amend following the outcome. However I now have SEVEN case numbers from Trustpilots customer service still with no resolution Trustpilot have been appalling so apologies to Apex for this

Apex were just great. From my very first contact they have been really easy to work with. They respected my communication preferences and were really patient and accommodating when my completion date had to be moved. The packing service was straight forward, and on moving day the guys arrived nice and early and were fast and efficient. I cannot thank the enough for being the one stress free part of my move. 100% recommend!

Haseeb was a huge help, very respectful and polite. Efficient and very quick. Carried everything by himself despite insisting to help. Highly recommend.

It is 22nd June we are busy packing up for or move a week away 29th June from Southern Ireland & requested some final details from company IE timings etc

They emailed back saying they would have to add on £ 830 because of a system glitch!!! Requested a call back urgently today it is now 1738 & we have been dumped in no man's land.

What can you do with a week to go. Sleepless nights to follow - happy to redo this review should Apex come good & honour their invoice price. Seems odd when there are so many positive reviews.

Sam, Rana and Victor were brilliant in our move from Kent to Somerset. We needed all hands on deck as we have two babies and two dogs, and they were thorough and patient. Dismantling and reassembling on the other end to a high standard. Highly recommend! Thank you guys.

Exceptional from start to finish! I was an absolute pleasure to have professional, experienced, calm during the stress of moving. Charlotte provided fantastic customer service, even when we had to switch our moving dates. Nothing felt like too much trouble. On the day, Sam and Haseeb epitomised excellence. I was amazing to see their expertise in action: from protecting furniture, dismantling and building furniture and even checking that the television was working in the new property. Brilliant service from both the bookings side (Charlotte) and the removal team on the day. We had to reschedule several times due to delays with our house sale but Charlotte was reassuring and efficient. On the day everything went like clockwork and the removal team were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
