I can't speak highly enough of the staff I dealt with at Apex Bridging who helped us complete a complicated property purchase for one of our clients. This was a challenge on multiple levels and ultimately, it was their patience and diligence that secured this for us, going above and beyond at every turn without any prompting from our side, a truly refreshing experience.

Client approached me for help with an auction purchase after being messed around by another broker for 5 weeks. With 1 week remaining before notice was served and the client not having finance in place, I spoke with Louise (who was very helpful) and the ball was rolling. I was then introduced to Sarah who was underwriting my case and she was fantastic. I had Sarah's direct line and she would ALWAYS take my call whenever I needed - the support was amazing. Application submitted and through to completion within 2 weeks, it was concluded by the solicitors 30 mins before the final deadline. There are many bridging lenders who say they're quick and promise the world, but these guys are the real deal and will always find a solution to any hiccups that arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to anyone.

Incredible service from start to finish. How refreshing to actually meet the underwriters of a lender who want to understand the deal and get to know you.

We had a rushed completion due to the extra SDLT being thrown at us from Rachel Reeves in the budget, and then with 3 hours to complete before the very next day the deal cost us an extra £16000, I’m very happy to have had this lender on board who pulled out all the stops a day early and got the deal though just in time.
