Really great service, professional and friendly throughout the purchase. It's a stressful time moving but RMS were patient and answered all my queries quickly.

Staff were rude and uninterested in my concerns. No longer feel comfortable discussing anything with them. Would not recommend to anyone looking to rent with a fair and friendly estate agency. However, I acknowledge that this won't be the same with all staff in all branches, perhaps just my nearest one.

Michael has been so helpful throughout and can’t thank him enough for how easy he has made the whole process for me being a first time buyer!
