Staff were responsive when emailed or phoned and kept the conveyancing process going. They had a good relationship with the local solicitor I was using which also helped. Selling a house seems to take ages these days but all the staff at RMS Hexham and Leah in particular were great.

The level of service, attention to detail, helpfulness and professionalism is exceptional. I first called to arrange a valuation. Within minutes of finishing the telephone call I had received an email to confirm the appointment. This was going to be a benchmark. Every call was logged and appointments made were confirmed, any changes were indicated promptly.
At the valuation appointment our property was inspected and then we did a review of the market, the area, other properties for sale and most importantly, what we could realistically expect to achieve. It was an honest and true representation - no flannel, no unsubstantiated promises.
We appointed RMS - best decision!
They marketed our property through all available channels and media. We achieved great responses that transitioned into viewings. We sold within 6 weeks! All viewings were followed up for feedback and those responses conveyed to us, During the actual sale the team did all the liaison that was required between ourselves and our buyers, their solicitor and ours. The progress chasing was great.
We appointed RMS in Morpeth and the team there are just amazing. They are very friendly, approachable and totally professional. No question was to trivial for them to respond to or too big to be ignored. They made to whole process so easy.

One star as zero is not an option. Little effort shown in trying to sell my flat, which has been on the market for 14 weeks. One viewing 3 days after it went on the market. The team rarely keep in touch and don't always reply to emails. All in all, a very poor service.

We had an accurate valuation and professional photography, which showed our property off to best advantage. Throughout there was good communication and reassurance that all was in order. Staff kept our buyers on board when we were finding it difficult to find a suitable property. We received lots of much appreciated and helpful advice from experienced staff.

I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.
