I brought my first house through rook mathews sayers and I could not complain about my experience with them. From the minute I put in my offer and walked into the office to the day I got my keys everything went so smoothly because of the rook mathews team. Mathew, Dylan, Steven and Sarah were all so amazing throughout my process. Id also like to 100% recommend their in house mortgage broker Ash bughio. I am so pleased to have been put through and introduced to Ash via the team at rook mathews as he is the best and went above and beyond. Nicola at Forest hall Branch is exceptional. Goes above and beyond in her daily work. She helped both myself and our daughter with our house sales, neither straightforward, we truly believe without Nicola neither sale might of happened! She is an asset to the firm!

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. The communication and advice was excellent and we had good information about viewings. The staff were all very approachable and friendly.

The staff are friendly at the Bedlington branch and Alister the financial adviser walks you through the process and makes it less stressful as moving can be. The girls in the branch are helpfull and nothing is too much for them. I delt with Wendy Lily and Branch Manager Claire and they were all great would recommend using the to buy and sell your house

We have just completed on our house purchase and the service we received was ok, branch staff were not very efficient at returning calls, however Alastair the mortgage advisor was absolutely fantastic and the service and advice received from him was 10/10! Would definitely recommend anyone using Alastair, always available whether it be by phone or email and always followed through with what was discussed! RMS are lucky to have a mortgage advisor who is committed to ensuring clients are well informed and looked after. Once again a big thank you
