We have been using APM Help's trust bookkeeping (TBK), corporate bookkeeping (CBK), and maintenance coordination (MC) services across our family of companies in multiple states for several years, and we couldn't be happier. TBK:
Our security deposit client trust account was audited this year, and we passed with flying colors! The auditor was impressed and made it a point to mention how beautiful our documentation looked (thanks to APM Help). Additionally, our owners no longer have issues with property accounting, as they did prior to our utilization of APM Help's services! This team is incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and accurate, and we suggest you check them out yourself.

CBK:
Corporate bookkeeping was a nightmare, and managing reimbursable items was practically impossible. With the help of the CBK team, we've figured out a way to leverage APM Help and its partners to simplify what used to be incredibly tedious. We can trust that our books are clean, and know that we're saving hours of time to accomplish this.

MC:
Maintenance coordination is a piece of cake now. We have been working with Trinity and Ronair for years, and our tenants and owners are so happy that they have round-the-clock support for maintenance issues. The team is able to diagnose problems remotely, and walk tenants through easy fixes so a maintenance technician or specialist doesn't need to be dispatched at all hours. Our tenants are happy that they are heard, and that they often don't even need someone to enter their home to solve their problems (saving both our owners and tenants money)!

APM Help is worth every penny we spend on them!

Caroline has consistently provided outstanding customer service to our company. She is always patient, very knowledgable, and helpful no matter whether it's a small of large issue. She gets issues resolved, and without her assistance and consideration we would not be using AppFolio. Thank you APM!

The company has been great to work with. They are quick to make updates or process bills. Helpful when explaining statements with very detailed explanations. They include snip its of ledger charges or processed bills which is super helpful when looking at a glance. Fiona is our direct contact and is always there to help!
