APM, and Fiona have been wonderful to work with. To be honest the start was a transition since we were used to having an in house accounting department. So getting used to how things were done took some time for the team. But once we got Fiona and she was dedicated to our team, it now feels like we have an in house accountant again. Fiona is very responsive and completes tasks very quickly. She is very helpful when questions are asked and provides detailed explanations. I would highly recommend APM to other companies.

I have the pleasure of working with Adam APM needs and was blown away by the level of service and expertise provided. From start to finish, Adam was professional, courteous, and demonstrated a deep understanding of tax law and accounting principles.

What stood out most to me was how well he knows APM. This really made a difference in my experience and gave me confidence that my taxes were in good hands.

Without Caroline, I doubt my company would have reached the success in such a short time. Carolines attention to detail and superb customer service was exactly what we needed in a very competitive market. She always had the right answers and very calming effect when it came to challenging situations. Her knowledge experience and incredible can do. My team at APM help is absolutely amazing!!! This is the only check I don't mind spending each month. They are timely, accurate, and very very helpful. My issues are usually resolved within 24 hours, just because of the time difference, many times they do it within a few hours. APM is an absolute life saver! Their onboarding process was hassle free and the communication after onboarding stays constant. I’ve had the rare opportunity to meet the team in Texas and as a whole they showed appreciation for us and we’re a great group. Caroline was the assigned PM and she was VERY knowledgeable about local guidelines and her team were just as amazing as she was. VERY happy with APM and I would strongly recommend!

Caroline is BACK!!! and as happy as I am that she has returned... I must say... that the time she was out of the office you could not tell. My accounts and the work that takes place daily was performed exactly the same. The team kept everything rolling along. Owners and management fees were paid on time and move in's and move out's were handled with ease.

Could not be more thrilled to work with Caroline, Queenie, and Alex among others at APM on a daily basis. They create organized, concise and effective accounting practices within our organization. One of my favorite things about working with specifically Caroline is that she and her team are able to make hundreds of small transactions and accounting maneuvers in a swift, efficient and accurate ways. Caroline and her team help us every day translate a mess of dozens of transactions of different all different types , into auditable and accurate reporting.

I first started with APM Help and then was hit with a DRE Audit. Alex, was amazing in communication with the Auditor and we passed the Audit. So grateful.
Then along comes Lindsey D. I was afraid at first that I was being "handed off", but Lindsey has been amazing. Everytime I call with a urgent issues she gets back to me quickly. She listens and even thinks of create ways to work better and smarter. I couldn't be in this profession with out knowing that my trust account is always reconciled and acurate and Lindsey makes sure that happens.
Lastly, a shout out to David, it was because of him and his knowledge of our software that I made the move to APM.

Joah is very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. He is courteous and polite. Very, very rarely is he unable to answer any issue but will always find the answer in a short time. Our experience with APM is based on our relationship with Joah and we have no complaints!

Jack helped cleaning our books. I felt so good afterwards. The best way I could describe the feeling is it was like hiking for 6 months on the Pacific Coast Trail and then finally taking your first shower.

Salina is the absolute best. Even with her hectic schedule she still finds time to answer questions or take care of issues we are having with tenant accounts. She always has a smile and kind words when we communicate. Could not have asked for a better person to work with!
