We have worked with APM Help for over a year now and they have far exceeded our expectations. Richelle is very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I recommend anyone struggling with maintenance coordination's to give them a call as they have been a great addition for our company.

APM Help handles my trust accounting for my property owners and my corporate accounting as well. The great thing is that I don't have to worry about the daily operational accounting for my owners and the company! It's up to date, accurate, and the unique complicated transactions are handled with smart decisions and timely. It is hard enough to run my business and deal with clients, vendors, and tenants alike managing their own questions regarding their accounts, and to have APM Help trust and corporate accounting on staff has been one of the best expense decisions I've made. We've had Rena Widboom and her staff onboard for close to 3 years now on the trust accounting side, and Stacy Ellison and her staff on her staff onboard for close to 2 1/2 years now on the corporate side! I'm very pleased and satisfied of their great work and partnership with PMI Phoenix Golden West (my company) and look forward to our continued partnership in the future!

Cristina and Elna have been great! We have had our bumps in the road at times, but that is to be expected with maintenance. It is never perfect. Even though we have had our bumps, the team has come through and made the necessary adjustments to get everything back on track. Ronair has been great when I have brought any issue to her. All around, we have been very happy!

Working with APM has been fabulous. It makes our business stay in compliance and that is invaluable to this business. The communication is great, they are on top of it and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone, anyday!

APM has really helped me with my bookkeeping for all my rental properties. I've worked with other bookkeepers but they weren't nearly as fast, and didn't have nearly the accounting expertise to clean up my mistakes and make things right. Especially Jack who I can book time with when there are issues to not only make things right, but explain to me what the issues are and teach me the ins and outs of it so I understand and don't make the same mistakes again.
