DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. their delivery drivers removed our old washing machine and left an open leak that has destroyed our laundry! we now have to pay $20k to have it fixed! this was a custom laundry we have JUST had built. Their "plumbers" and installers have no idea what they are doing and they take no responsibility for damages they create! we are currently taking them to fair trading and tribunal. I would NOT support this dodgy business

I have used Appliances online several times over at least 10 years. Each time the web site was easy to use with lots of information about the item (giving the size of it was a BIG help).

The delivery teams were quick and professional, letting me know of their arrival time, to unpacking and taking away all of the old appliances and the packing from the new items. I just moved into a new house, and the team even took away some of my moving boxes as well.

Still one of the best appliances deliveries out there, I dare say I'll be using them again some time.

Be aware that they are a drop shipper - the claims of "next day delivery" and "in stock" after entry of post code are utterly false and deceitful. Having purchased a sink on this understanding i received an generic email from a separate supplier (who i could have gone directly too) that its 3 - 9 days delivery, but then 3 days after that behold they dont have one and it its an unspecified more than month wait from the manufacturer. Only the custer suffers.

Great experience from start to finish, online ordering is smooth, all the purchasing options are clear & easy to read with any extra costs clearly displayed. Option to pick a delivery date is really good, to make sure I was home for the removal of old & install of new front loading washing machine. And the delivery guys were nice & did a great job. So far very satisfied as first time customer. I bought a new fridge. Delivery next day and collected the old one. Reliable in timing, communication and service as well as pricing.

This company is a complete joke, I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

I purchased a fridge and washing machine weeks in advance of moving into my home, specifically choosing items that were listed as in stock and available for delivery that week.

Only a couple of days before delivery I received a phone call advising that the fridge was not in stock. That made absolutely no sense given I had ordered well in advance and selected products that were supposedly available. I requested a refund for the fridge but confirmed I still wanted the washing machine delivered on the agreed delivery date.

Then the delivery day came and nothing happened. No communication, no delivery, nothing. I had taken the day off work to wait at home. When I finally called, I was told the washing machine delivery was scheduled for 4 weeks time. I immediately requested a refund and explained how unacceptable this was.

A few days later, I followed up because I still hadn’t received my refund. I was told to wait 5 business days. I did, still no money. I followed up again and received no reply. Over 3 weeks, I have called numerous times, constantly speaking to different people who assures me it is being looked into, only for absolutely nothing to happen. I have also sent several emails, majority of which were never answered.
3 weeks for a refund??? And I still haven’t received it yet or confirmation it’s been processed.

This is honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lack of communication, false stock availability, delivery failures, and refusal to properly process refunds is completely

I have used Appliances Online a few times and I can say that the delivery always goes without a hitch. Good communication friendly service and expert work that makes all the difference. Will use again ...thanks guys.

I don’t buy from anyone else for small & large white goods. They make everything so easy. They’re the best! Ordering and delivery is quick, and delivery usually nxt day. I usually pick up a great item , for a great price too! Love them!!

I recently purchased a washing machine from Appliances online. l am so happy with the service l recieved and the appliance itself.
They delivered it the next day as they said they would between the hours they had specified. The guys that delivered it were so lovely and friendly. They took my old machine away for recycling which impressed me, so not going into landfill.
Highly recommend Appliances online!

I bought a new TV from Appliances Online. Their website wasn't as good as other websites I've purchased from, but their pricing and delivery service were as good as it gets.

Purchasing through Appliances online was honestly 5 star experience. I was able to organise a replacement washing machine within 24 hours, FREE delivery, they took my old machine away for recycling for free and even installed my new machine and took the packaging, honestly such a smooth process, the delivery team were fantastic, professional and friendly. After comparing to other major retailers, purchasing through AO was honestly a no brainer - other retailers were going to charge me $100+ for delivery, recylcing of the old machine and installation. I'll definitely be going back to AO in future for my appliances.

Great prompt service. Excellent communication both from office and installer. The installer knew his stuff and they took the old dishwasher away.

This was refreshing old fashioned service. Tech pre called and installed and tested the new machine and the old one removed at no extra cost. Well done!

Can't fault the service I received. My dishwasher died and I needed a new one asap. The one I chose I decided to use their price match option and I did find another one cheaper elsewhere so used their online chat to see if they would match the price which they happily did and also matched the free dishwasher tablets the other company was throwing in for free.
Along with all of that I also got free delivery so really it was a win win for me in these tough times.
I will always buy my applicances here!
