Very easy to order online and a quick one day turnaround I love it

Smooth and simple online purchase. Quick and efficient service over the phone when I needed to change the delivery date.
They also had the best prices and fast delivery.
The delivery guys were great and had no complaints about carrying a heavy stove up some slightly awkward stairs.

Very easy to order, the website was easy to use. Seamless delivery and removal of old products.

Wow, super impressed with how easy it is to buy from here. Website is also better than a lot of big retailers which make it hard to compare models.
Next day delivery for a clothes dryer, the courier they use has a tracker so you can watch it and time your day around it (note it ended up being 2 hours later than the original delivery window but it always updates as they go). Cleared the packaging up for us too.
The online account is also amazing because they have a quick link to download all the manuals and log a service call just for the appliance you buy, so no need to google it and match your model ever again!
We'll see how they perform with service/warranty (if we ever need it) but I would buy from them again - such great prices.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. We had an issue with the machine on the second day and thought it would be a nightmare. Certainly wasn’t , next day they came and replaced it. You know good operators when they step up and sort you out when things don’t go right. Thank you and would definitely recommend.

My daughter put me on to Appliances online. I had reservations but it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done and took all the stress away from delivery to fitting my washing machine. It was done in a flash with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The washing machine was delivered the very next day after ordering, the delivery guys messaged me a two hour window & arrived in the first 15mins of the forecasted delivery window. Then the machine was installed & the feet adjusted to be level within about 15-20 mins - spectacular service!!

I placed on order for a Dyer through their ebay account. Followed up 5 days later to get an update and they were said they were out of stock the whole time.

They never called/emailed to inform me, holding onto my money.

Instead of taking accountability, they say how Ebay operates is not their responsibility, which is simply not true, Ebay is under a partnership arrangement with the Vendor and Appliances Online is still fully accountable for anything placed through their Ebay account.

Due to the lack of notice that they were out of stock, I now cannot purchase that Dryer anywhere else as it is completely sold out. Instead of helping me find a solution, Appliances Online just insisted it's not their responsibility. After saying a supervisor could help me further, they let me on hold for an hour and hung up.

A reasonable solution would have just been to replace my order with a same brand & similar model that they will have stock for.

The ordering process was easy and the website layout was user friendly. There was an issue with no delivery late on a Friday night (8.30pmEST), yet David and his manager in Customer Service could not have been more helpful in resolving that as quickly as possible. Communication and updates were received and I was lucky enough to receive next day delivery. That can't always be accommodated given the time of day this was notified on a Friday night, however I could not be more grateful for their assistance. When an issue like this occurs (out of a suppliers control) how a business resolves the issue and conduct themselves speaks volumes. I was impressed by the coordination, communication and updates from David in the CS team and I would highly recommend Appliances Online. I will be using them again for my next appliance purchase. Thank you!

Delivery for a new fridge was scheduled for Friday, notified at 12pm Friday that delivery was delayed until the following Monday. We had no fridge as a result of last minute information of cancellation of delivery. No delivery Monday either, now Wednesday was next delivery day and we still had no fridge. Went to Bing Lee on the Monday of cancellation, bought a new fridge and brought it home. Refund was promised on the same Monday 2pm 24-48 hours for refund to show up in account. 3 days later on Thursday 5pm still no refund. Poor communication, no follow up after 6 hours. Disgusting customer service and care.

I purchased a washing machine and it was only after I paid for it, I realised I had purchased one that was preorder. I called the company and the lady who answered was really helpful, she helped me pick out one that was in stock and could be delivered the next day. There was a price difference so she took my payment over the phone. The customer service was amazing.

The delivery guys were fantastic. They disconnected and took away my old machine, set up the new machine and ran the first cycle (required before use) for me. They were really kind.

It was a perfect experience and I appreciated both the customer service and the delivery service. I'd have no hesitation recommending this company.

So blown away by Appliances Online. I ordered a new dishwasher at 9.30pm and it arrived, delivered for free, the next morning at 11.30am!! The website is so easy to use and very clear. Incredible service, I will be forever recommending Appliances Online!

I am in a rural area and their deliveries are usually within a day.
I had visitors staying and my 20 year old Miele washing machine stopped. Went on line and new machine was installed and working within 36 hours.
Wide range of products and very good pricing.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have made many purchases over the years, both small and large appliances, often requiring installation and removal. In all instances, it has been a seamless process and the prices paid have been ultra competitive.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. their delivery drivers removed our old washing machine and left an open leak that has destroyed our laundry! we now have to pay $20k to have it fixed! this was a custom laundry we have JUST had built. Their "plumbers" and installers have no idea what they are doing and they take no responsibility for damages they create! we are currently taking them to fair trading and tribunal. I would NOT support this dodgy business
