The TV I wanted to buy online was $107 dearer than their Ebay store. They refused to price match so I purchased the same TV from their Ebay store for less. Was not impressed with customer service. Delivery guys were awesome

We’re extremely happy with their performance and overall ordering process.
Secondly loved the fact they delivered for free, they removed the old fridge and installed the new one. I called this a great care factor and service provision especially for single people.

Appliances Online were brilliant.
However, the mattress we bought from them from AH Beard is a disaster. Absolutely hate it. In so much pain.
I tolerated it for several months but now I am in agony and asked A H Beard to give us a credit so we can buy a decent mattress from Appliances Online instead. They lodged a service request with A H Beard 3 days ago, no phone call from A H Beard. We are not heavy (@ 75kg), there is a massive dip on both sides (we rotate the mattress regularly as recommended).
I recommend you avoid this mattress A H Beard Oslo Medium.
Last night I only ended up with a few hours sleep. We only have the one bed, so I can't sleep on another bed.
A H Beard, please authorize a refund to Appliances Online can give us a refund!

I loved the fact that they removed my old washing machine, installed the new one and delivered for free. I did wait all day for the delivery, it was meant to arrive in the morning. Other than that, fantastic customer service.

Overnight delivery of furniture and appliances to Noosa is unheard of so that was fantastic. I have a steep driveway and awkward steps but there were no complaints from the delivery team. They were happy to lift the dryer onto a cupboard in a tight space. They ensured that it was set up and working before they left. I was thrilled to be able to use my new dryer less than 24hours after I ordered it!

I have ordered products through Appliances Online over the years and can say their products are competitive in price. This time the online ordering was seamless and delivery was very prompt. Will happily go through them for any future appliances.

Great prices, but terrible communication and delivery.
I ordered a washing machine & dryer to a small town in South Australia, I was told by multiple workers on the phone that delivery was weekly to my town. Once I ordered, I was told it was fortnightly that they deliver - fine I can work with that.

Fast forward to delivery day, there was no text or email prior to say the drivers would be arriving to my house at 5:30am. That’s right: FIVE THIRTY IN THE MORNING. I was not prepared for this nor at my house during this time, and missed the delivery completely. When I called only 20mins after attempted delivery, I was essentially told “too bad, we’re leaving the town so you’ll have to wait another 2 weeks”. I rang customer service and received immediate attitude, apparently an email was sent stating they could arrive between 7am-7pm….. that’s not 5:30am and I never received this email.

2 weeks pass, I call early in the week to ask my items to be delivered to a different address as I wouldn’t be home, and provided them 2 alternate phone numbers. The night before delivery I get a phone call from the driver to say they’re staying in my town overnight, and wanted to confirm a time & address. The following day they show up at the old address, call me to say no one is present and they weren’t told to go to a different address! Thankfully my dad was able to contact them and take delivery.

I won’t be ordering from them again, and I LOVE a bargain but I was 4 weeks without a washing machine and I’m not risking it again.

My advice for anyone reading is the day of delivery, be up at 5am and waste your day waiting for the ‘we’re close by’ text, or you’ll miss it completely.

We have made several purchases through Appliances online. Their prices are always competitive, inclusive of delivery and removal of old appliance, phone support has been excellent, and the delivery fellows are always polite and punctual.

Easy website to navigate. Prices are very competitive. Delivery service was spot on. Being able to track delivery time is so good.

The ordering process was easy, but the highlight was the delivery team. They were exceptional.

My topload LG washing machine (less than a year old), developed a fault in the rinse cycle. I rang AOL on Sunday morning and spoke to their reprsentative, who was most helpful. She pulled up the original order details within seconds and advised that she would pass details of the problem along to LG, who would likely contact me in 2-3 days to arrange a tech to come around.

Appliances Online have been my go to for some time now, whenever the need arises. Their prompt, efficient and professional delivery service, combined with quality product choices and competitive prices generally are hard to beat.

Great selection of appliances, have purchased a drier and then a washing machine. Competitive pricing, reliable, quick free delivery and installation. Plus on request there is the option for them to take away the old appliance.

Great price on washing machine. Plus took away old one and connected new one. Very happy.

I purchased a dryer from Appliance Online and, during installation, the installers disconnected and reconnected the washing machine pipes. Unfortunately, they were not reattached correctly, causing a leak and leaving us without a working washing machine.

What should have been a simple fix took eight days to resolve.

We reported the issue the next day and arranged for someone to be home for the repair visit. The technician initially went to the wrong address before eventually attending, only to tell us they could not fix the problem and that another tradesperson was required.

A handyman was then booked. Despite me contacting Appliance Online twice to correct the address, he was also sent to the wrong address. My wife had taken the day to be home with our children, only for the appointment to almost be missed because the address details had not been updated.

When the handyman finally attended later that day, he found there was nothing complex to repair. The washing machine pipes had simply not been tightened correctly during the original installation.

Mistakes happen. What disappointed me was the lack of ownership, repeated administrative errors, and dismissive customer service throughout the process.

After eight days without a washing machine and multiple appointments to fix a basic installation error, I would recommend purchasing elsewhere. Other retailers will often match Appliance Online's prices anyway.

Pretty happy with the overall services provided by this website, straight forward from website to your phisical address, customer service is great although I did had a few issues with the "accounts" team at winning appliances, the representative K was very cut through the BS and got things moving, I received my order the next day, the delivery process was amazing, the tracking website made it easy for me to estimate the arrival, the delivery team was really nice and quick installation and pick up of the old product, overall 4.5 stars
