Awesome customer service, best price and prompt delivery

The service is great, you don’t have to deal with sales people, I paid for the dryer on Saturday, it arrived on Monday. The two guys delivering were really good, I didn’t want the trolley on my new flooring so they carried it in, customer service at it’s best.

I needed to replace my fridge in a hurry, I live rural and by myself.
Ordering from a selection of perfect fridges was so easy and smooth.
Delivery was so fast and so competent, the fridge was installed and my broken down old fridge removed within minutes.

We love appliances online. We love the videos of the products, we live down Phillip Island, so we’re not near department stores. Delivery is free and they take away the old stuff. The delivery guys are friendly and very helpful. They always keep you up to date of delivery. They always match prices. We have bought at least six items from them, no problems at all.

Appliances online replied yesterday that they have never sold a dark stainless steel dishwasher into the model I bought yet I have screen shots of the 3 colours on their website back when I ordered. I have asked him many times to explain this why I have screenshots showing the three colors they are not responding to any of my questions only to say that I got the right model.

I am writing regarding my recent purchase of a dishwasher from Appliances Online.

At the time of purchase, your website clearly showed this dishwasher available in three different finishes, and I have screenshots confirming this. I also have screenshots showing the front panel design that was displayed on your website, which is different from the dishwasher that was delivered to me.

The issue is not simply the colour. The front panel and overall appearance of the dishwasher I received do not match the product that was advertised when I made my purchase.

Your response that this option was never available is inconsistent with the evidence I have retained from your website. I expect Appliances Online to honour the product as it was advertised or provide an appropriate resolution.

Please review the screenshots I have attached in all my emails and respond with a proposed solution. If we are unable to resolve this matter promptly, I will have no option but to seek assistance through the appropriate consumer protection channels.

I would appreciate your response.

An urgent replacement was needed .. a quick scan of Appliances website showed good choice, comparison of items easy, and the value definitely good with free delivery and old appliance removal. Delivery the next day and good communication is excellent. Five star service, and stress free transaction makes this a first spot to visit for the best deal.

I have been trying to get my Fisher and Paykel washing machine changed as it is not fit for purpose it will not wash a heavier load without unbalancing and resetting the time back to the start. Under the ACCC guidelines if I understand correctly that is a major fault. I have had the machine since the 5th of May this year and due to a sudden death I have not had the brain power to deal with this. Appliances onlines policies are unreasonably hard to deal with as I believe as I purchased from them it is up to them to deal with the manufacturer not me to. All I want was to pick another machine pay the difference and put this behind me. Appliances online are great until you need them!

Ordered samsung 65 inch frame TV thoroughly appliance online. Order no:SO09031203 Received it in 2 days and I confirmed with them that everything will come together. When I opened the package, the one connect box was missing. I contacted them straight away and they told me its a known issue amd that they will contact the supplier.
I called them the next day to enquire about the outcome and they told em that I can contact t thr supplier directly. I asked them why this happened to which they had no answer and told me that they have raised the issue and the supplier would contact them in 5 working days and then advise us.
and then offered me to transfer me to Samsung to talk to them directly, I talked to someone from samsung who told us that they cant follow the order no as we have purchased through appliances online . Now im stuck with an expensive purchase of tv which I cant watch because there is no one connect box with it. Very very bad experience and least bothered staff.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner from Appliances online to be delivered in a month once they had stock in. I rang a month later and was advised that they could no longer get the product as it was discontinued.
I then contacted Dyson who advised that they selling the product online and had ample stock although now at a slightly higher price.
So even though I had a contract with Appliances online and had paid upfront they refused to honour the sale.
No longer trust worthy to me.

After Appliances Online response
I had already contacted Appliances Online and spoke to Customer service and then the Manger and in both cases I got a bad luck but nothing they can do. I had also contacted them by email, with no response. Searching online there were a lot of companies sell this specfic Dyson, so why do they have access and Appliance Online don't?
