We payed for a pro plan and the app is still stuck on the preview plan. We are still waiting for more than 48 hours for any feedback. This is after 6 support tickets being logged. If you need support from AppMySite, rather use another service and pay a bit more.

Very frustrated service. To delete your account you must Upgrade your plan to free plan. After i still had problem to delete my app because the site was detecting paid service. I contact them live and said me i can not delete my account so how you will delete your account? The support team responds very slow. The site does not push your app to google play store. You pay other money there and also there is other procedure which takes much time until to publish your app. AWAY from this service.

1st: This is scam company. After adding visa card, i cannot remove my card informations (no option to do this), and this site monthly automatically charge my money, even i have cancelled my subscription. After one month, they are trying to charge my money from my visa card, I have sent many emails to request remove my card but no response from them.
2nd: this is scam business. To convert web to app, we need to do some steps on android studio free. But if you create app with AppMysite, you need to pay 34usd per month to keep your app working.

They advertise that you can turn your website into an app. What they DO NOT tell you is that Apple does not allow you to do this!

Support is slow usually around 72 hours which is terrible. Avoid please save yourself any hassle.

The app is good, but there's shady tech support and lots of program glitches. Once you pay, it is hell to reach them. The hours you have for support is European time GMT that is usually when most Americans are sleeping. They have no support at all. You try and try but all you receive are BOT replies when you try to contact them. The instant chat is a joke, no one is ever there. I found other apps which are better when I did a comparison search on Google.

There's lots I like this app. But the speed with which the team is working on integrating with emerging Wordpress plugins is somewhat disappointing. I really wish there was a better way of doing this. Meanwhile it works well with WooCommerce. Def a beginners tool for small WP sites.

For our website, it worked absolutely fine. They do exactly what they promise. Turn your website into an app, for a decent price (when compared to others). We struggled to get anywhere with another company (who wanted money upfront and provided no support). If things do not work, I suggest you pay monthly, so you can leave early. I appreciate there are many types of websites (some poorly built), so things might not work for some. For us, everything went pretty smoothly and AppMySite provided support with publishing.

They are the worst platform you can choose to make ur app. They charge wild prices and promise so many services, but once u pay, ticket response becomes super slow and nothing gets done to fix the bugs on their platform. When you ask for a refund, they blame u for not reading their no refund policy and don’t event try to make up for their bugs, but also blame your hosting. It’s a scam!

I purchased a license for five years. What a mistake. The product does not work as advertised. Big waste of money for me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Appmysite is overpriced and the software totally under performs.

The Appmysite product is subpar and it was a waste of my money. Also they have a no refund policy. After doing business with a company like I now understand how important it is to check online reviews and get other people's opinions before purchasing.

Absolutely no Support!
Created my app for WP site. Design process is VERY limited. Could never get the right fonts or colors, and, of course, NOBODY at the service is available even for the simplest problems.
I downgraded from Premium, to the freebie, so I can walk out of here with the least amount of totally wasted time.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I paid the upgrade to help me get published last week, and didn't receive any help, I then get told it would be by end of Friday and hear nothing and still nothing. I have upgraded to get chat support and it is never online and upgraded to get email priority and they do not answer...
No one answers and no one helps you even when you pay for an upgrade!

I have a commerce website. Since this is the era of smartphones, I decided to turn to AppMySite, with a request to develop a mobile application. Within two months, the application was ready for use. During the development period, team kept in touch and met all my requirements. The application is easy to use, user-friendly interface, passed all kinds of testing.

This is the worst company, first and foremost the product is not at all good compared to the likes of appmaker.xyz or any other app from code canyon. It's extremely slow and with the recent introduction of the premium plan and cheating every LTD user, they screwed us and also themselves. This is based for their business and I wish they make their app faster instead of coming with new plans and trying to hurt their early product adopters.

Dont do it. Terrible build. Slows the site down drastically searching or pages, js, and css that you have disabled and/or removed. They have a NO REFUND POLICY so that tells more than you need to know. Could not keep up with the web site speed, kicks out users after they connect to ANY other pages, login screen was still showing their logo even after paying for the top plan. Too much money and time wasted. Find a better wrapper.
