I was helped by Alex and she did great, thank you very much, and i do enjoy appmysite very much.

They sold an expensive lifetime license saying "all pro future update" included." and then created a higher tier not to give updates to the buyer within a few months. Then act like that did not do anything wrong. What kind of company is that? And support is extremely slow.

Scammers!
They screwed LTD customers that helped this company in the beginning by not honoring what they promised. They took all the new features and moved them to a new plan that is not accessible to LTD users.
This attitude tells much about how these people treat and value their customers.
STAY AWAY!

Developing my app was going great but today I logged into my AppMySite acocunt and my apps have disappeared. I cannot add a new one or change anything. All I get is a spinning disk. What is going on? This is terrible. I have emailed support but the last time they took 2 weeks to get back to me. I have paid for the full package so this is highly disappointing. There have also been some connectivity issues which were still unresolved before this disaster.... How can I explain this to my client. Really disappointing.

When you discover that their software fails to work with your plugins....that no help is extended to cure that.

Then you are left, like us, with a bit of software that cannot ne used and isn't worth publishing.

So you request a refund this is what you will be told:

". Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate your request for a refund. I understand this is not the message you wanted to hear and it must be disappointing given that you were not satisfied with the app.

Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy."

THIS IS A RIP OFF ~ UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING AND MONEY HUNGRY

Avoid this app! They do not provide proper information before you start. We were unaware that it would only work with woocommerce table shipping which (we cannot use) until after we had paid. Now they are refusing to refund us for an app that is utterly useless to us.
SCAMMERS!

If I could have given a zero I would have done! These people are thieves! They say you can create a "Free" site and use it for a while before paying anything, this is a lie as you cannot proceed without getting through their "choose a plan" free one is greyed out! They have apparently got a "No refund policy" so be careful everyone as once you have paid a very expensive fee and you find the site does not work as it's supposed to, you will not get your money back (£108) Proceed with caution, read all the reviews.

Be wary of using this company. Support is virtually non existant. Our app has not worked for over a week and we have been unabe to get response of any value from support.

My recommendation is to find an alternative as I am about to do!

Nice company and the owner of it is Great person and helpfull, they are late by answer emails but seems they really busy but they fix the problems. you just have to wait little.

in their FAQ they say 3rd party integrations will work

they refuse to answer any support questions unless with a paid membership

I signed up, paid $19 and I couldn't get my 3rd party integration to work on a product page. it didn't work.

I sent a message to support and they said my plugin will not work and they require minimum $2000 to get it to work.

Since I had no use for this app anymore I asked for a refund since I used it for less than 1 hour and I had no use for it

They refused to refund me.

Part of the problem is that you can only get support and I would argue this is really pre-sales support in order to trial the app after you have parted with 228 dollars. Other than that, it's just a bot.

The app does offer basic connectivity to woocommerce on wordpress. However if you are using a child theme and have any custom php for example, that won't ripple through. Neither will long descriptions if you are using Divi. or shipping options if you are using the delivery plug in. I had the app working on iOS but not on Andriod. I had it sort of working on an i-phone, but not on the app itself. Support is variable and they certainly try, but in the end it's a complicated beast and I guess you get what you pay for.
So pros - it's cheap and does offer basic connectivity.
Cons - There seems to be compatibility issues which cannot simply be blamed on cloudflare, or child themes, or plug-ins, or page builders - all of which really need to be addressed if this is to be widely used.

So in the end I spent 200+ dollars and about 4 weeks trying to get it working and am now looking for an alternative solution.

This is the simplest and app creator ever. We hardly Recommend

I searched desperately for a platform that could simplify my website to mobile app conversion and then i found appmysite, i was blown away, the ease of use and the powerful features, simply awesome
