Good Aptia time
Had to contact Aptia to find out some information. The response time to my call and being able to talk to an advisor was very quick. I was told the name of the advisor and although I was put on hold for a short time my questions were answered pretty quick.

Awful chatbot experience
Initially, when the phone is answered, a chatbot asks a series of questions. These were garbled and/or cut short. It was very frustrating trying to get past this stage, and I almost gave up. (Once I finally got through to a human agent, he was polite, competent, and helpful - hence two stars rather than one).
