I have just moved house 3 days ago I want to update my address I called yiday and they said no problem took my new address and I asked for a form to ve sent a letter of intent she said no pro lem then I get an email asking for a utility bill and I'd at no stage dud she ask that I don't have a bill as bed here 3 days abd jt would be I my partners name I have a passport and drivers licence but why was that not explained very un happy

I have been waiting six months for the…
I have been waiting six months for the annual increase to be added to my pension. It doesn’t matter how many phone calls I make, the result is always the same. Four weeks ago it was explained to me that my case was going to be escalated and sorted but to no avail. Exactly the same problem arose last year but remedied in a few weeks. What is so difficult in adding a percentage increase to a product that seems to happen naturally elsewhere but six months down the line absolutely nothing has happened other than empty words
