this company tried to charge me almost 200 dollars for shipping one aquarium blade (which costs 10 dollars)! for that price i could have shipped a whole whale! scammers! stay away from these people!!!

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with they are not good to their customers I purchased copper power 1 gallon and the medication was not good like if it was expired and when I asked for a refund Albert Andrasz said that they were not responsible for the product’s defects that’s absurd never in my life has a company told me that before please be careful when buying from this store they won’t do right by their customers.

Buyers beware. ..NO, BUYERS RUN AWAY....FAR AND FAST! Ordered a 250 upgrade kit for my sump on June 28th 2025 and even paid for their expedited shipping. Paid and 1st red flag was not recieving order confirmation...started calling and emailing immediately. Within a week this clown show ignored 15 phone calls and 3 emails. Finally had bank reverse charge and now it will be my life ambition to warn others of this shady organization...read their reviews, this is a ongoing problem with this organization...thieves

Please be aware. Aquacave looks like a professional company bit it is not. They take your money but when your shipment does not reach you they wash their hands and do not even bother to reply you inquiry emails. Please stay away ans buy on amazon or bulkrwefsupply.

Website was easy to navigate. Pricing was better than expected and shipping was fast. I would highly recommend checking these folks out.
