The most awful experience
I been buy a bottle of prazipro but when I received it was flat the customer service said it was manufacturer problem nothing with shipping but the box of the product is totally flat . I can’t get any money back from it.
Clean up crew for my 65 gal.
I ordered a clean up crew for my 65 g reef tank, plus a few other cleaners. The shipment was as promised, and the packing of each type of snail, was excellent. Unfortunately, something went wrong, the shipment was warm, and most of the cleaners arrived dead, or nearly so. I followed the policy and reported with pictures. I received a prompt response asking if I wanted re-shipment or refund. I chose re-shipment. BUT, this time FedEx delivered the box THREE days late, instead of overnight, despite the well and thoroughly marked box - "LIVE ANIMALS". Everything was dead (and it was quite smelly and disgusting!). I reported the issue, and I again received a prompt response giving me the choice of re-shipment or refund. I chose re-shipment. The box arrived today - everything as promised. Nice specimens, of everything. Not the ultra-tiny type I have received from other online stores in the past. Good experience...with customer service, communications, notice of delivery, etc.

I'm not sure that another negative review for this site will change much given how many they already have. I ordered an algae scraper on March 6th and it still has not arrived now on March 23rd. Worse, USPS shows it stuck in limbo with no delivery date. Any other vendor would immediately credit my account for what they charged me on March 6th. These guys say that after 10 days of additional waiting, they will consider shipping out another product or refunding. Ridiculous...

My name is Marilyn Gordon, and I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the ongoing difficulty I have experienced in trying to return an item to your company. Despite my repeated attempts to reach your team by phone and email, I have not received any response, follow-up, or assistance.
Because of this lack of communication, I have been unable to return the item as required, and it has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I have made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve this matter, but your company’s failure to respond has made that impossible.

Immediate contact from a representative to arrange the return process.
Written confirmation that my return will be accepted without penalty due to your company’s lack of response.
A clear explanation for why my messages and calls have gone unanswered.
Please note that if this issue is not addressed within five (5) business days, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to the Better Business Bureau, consumer protection authorities, and, if necessary, take further action to ensure fair treatment and accountability.

I ordered 6 algea eating catfish. I received 5 catfish and one guppy. When I contacted the company I asked for what I ordered, or another catfish sent out to me. Instead they refunded me only $3.20.

Bait and Switch
I ordered two of the porcelain crabs listed on their website after a search returned the listing as a result for porcelain anemone crabs. They are pictured as porcelain anemone crabs in the listing, which host anemones so you can watch and enjoy them. What I received were the hide under a rock never to be seen again porcelain crabs. Three emails to the sales department and no resolution has been offered to me. Stay away from this seller! They falsely advertise and do not stand behind their orders !

They sent me 20 dead snails. They would replace them if I paid the $40 shipping cost. The snails cost $44. I paid the shipping once why would have to pay again because they sent dead snails? The snails were dead because their bag leaked. The guy online was rude.

Terrible display of customer service
This company is great for dry goods and buying products to seed your tank. However I would never recommend anyone to buy any corals off of them. They advertise large green rock flower anemones that are 3-5 inches in size and look like a pot of gold green rock flower. They even used a stock image of one. I bought two of them. I already have well over 30 rock flowers in my tank. The flowers that were shipped to me were bleached out, no color what so ever, and were maybe 1.25" when fully opened. I have since even fed them, and neither has opened any bigger. I reached out to them on the number they have listed to text.......Zero response and zero acknowledgment. Poor customer service when you can't even respond through a text. My LFS said to dispute the charge on my credit card. I'm not that kind of person. I'd rather warn others to avoid purchasing from this store. If profiting $70 off me was worth the false advertising and failure to offer a way to make it right, then I have zero problem making sure they lose money on future sales.

Customer service a joke. Transformer for my pump appeared used. Pump had error lights fresh out of the box. Sent everything back. Sent me back only a pump. No power supply, controller etc.
Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Attitude. I ordered a product at 10am and paid extra for 2nd day air. The next day I had not received any tracking information so I contacted them at which time they told me their stock was inaccurate and they did not have the product to send to me. When I suggested they should have contacted me the day the order was placed, they came back with a less then friendly response "This order was assigned to me last night - I would have seen it today and given you this same message." So this business takes an order at 10am for 2-day shipping and somehow it is just getting into the hands of the person shipping it 12 hours later? ...and that's somehow supposed to make their lack of communication about acceptable?
Worthless
Worthless. Lied about my item being shipped, I ordered copepods on Saturday and by Thurs they still weren't even processed...... most worthless customer service i've ever deal with, I called them on Wednesday to inquire about where tf my order was and they said "oh it's being shipped today" well I have a account with ups, the united states postal service and fed ex and NONE of these companies have even began processing any orders at all .....so whomever I spoke with Wednesday blatantly lied to me, I'll be sure to post my experience on all my reefing groups on social media as well to warn any other fellow reefers to stay FARRR away from this company
