Really pleased with both the product and service. We bought a basin from them 2 years ago, and it’s still in excellent condition. Durable, well-made, and looks great in the space. Customer service has also been very responsive and helpful. Really appreciated Amie's help. Would happily order from them again!

Purchased the Savoy vanity in natural oak. 1200 wide. What an absolutely stunning piece of furniture. Immaculate, great quality, with solid drawer mechanism (something I was worried about having not been able to test the item in a store) and the most beautiful design. Mark was really helpful during the sales process, and in arranging expedited delivery to help me out of a bind. Very much recommend Aquaroc based on this experience and would 100% use again.

Great company to deal with, they sell gorgeous products at reasonal prices. I would definitely recommend. Just be careful if ordering a stone bath along with a vanity unit as they packed them all on one crate and it was very tricky to unpack as they are extremely heavy items. Maybe request they are packaged separately.

Fantastic communication throughout the ordering process, superb product and well priced, I had a great experience with Aquaroc right through from ordering the first colour sample to recieving the finished product. Just love the range of products this company has and their people working for them are friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

Are Aquaroc the cheapest around, no they certainly are not but some things in life are worth paying for & Aquaroc is definitely one of them!

First of all the mirror is stunning looks absolutely fantastic in the bathroom. The brushed gold finish looks high end and the fitting was super easy. The light and demister work really well and has a number of settings. The customer service and communication from ordering to delivery could not have been better.

I was a bit unsure about ordering online for such major purchases. I was reassured by the previous good reviews and indeed our products arrived in perfect condition. Any queries are responded to promptly via email or phone calls.
Can definitely recommend for both quality and service

I was trying to source an unusually sized black stone sink and came across Aquaroc. Mark was very helpful and found the perfect sink for me. The sink was delivered on time and was well packaged and came with an additional protective bag to protect the stone, as well as a sturdy box. I have just installed it and am so happy. Thanks to the Team at Aquaroc. I will be in touch when I refurb my other bathroom.

Extremely pleased with the 800mm walnut rotunda unit and basin purchased. Absolutely beautiful design unlike anything else on the market which in a moderately sized bathroom has allowed us to have a wide sink without sacrificing loads of floor space.

Unit arrived very well packaged and undamaged despite evidence of some bumps in transit. There was even a screw stuck in the top of the box but the level of packaging which included a piece chipboard for protection meant it was no issue at all. This clearly would’ve been an issue caused by the courier in transport anyway so be sure to have the driver mark the item as damaged IF you have an issue so it can be recorded there and then, which I imagine helps the sending company reclaim costs from couriers too.
But regardless, the unit and basin were both significantly protected as you would hope from a high end product.

More importantly… the unit and basin look fantastic and feel quality with a solid build, so I am very much looking forward to installing it and seeing the finished product!
Speaking of which, I want to highlight the breath of fresh air when speaking to Mark the owner regarding this.
With the cost of the unit and not having seen it before purchasing, I was concerned about its durability and possibly having to modify the unit internally to accommodate pipework through the floor. I phoned AQUAROC and spoke to Mark to ask what that might mean for the warranty and I was extremely happy to hear Mark’s common sense attitude and customer care to state that such a matter would not affect the warranty of the external, unmodified finish should that ever become damaged for an unrelated reason, which he and I (now having seen it) are confident would never be an issue anyway.
I had one minor issue upon inspection of the item which I emailed explaining and received a call back from Mark within 2 minutes expressing apologies for any inconvenience and quickly actioning a remedy which resolved it with no delay to the job.

Ultimately what I’m trying to convey is that my dealings with AQUAROC have been a far cry from most other companies these days who are all too happy to void a warranty for a silly reason or pass the blame for end user satisfaction to someone else.

I will gladly and confidently recommend AQUAROC and its products to others going forward and hope that this review encourages anyone who is unsure to have confidence that you will receive a quality product and the customer service to match.

Absolutely superb in every way! This was my first purchase from Aquaroc and will not be the last. The quality is beyond expectations. We have fitted very high end bathrooms over the years and this is up there with the very best! Seamless purchase and no waiting we received the products very quickly and the vanity was packaged incredibly well. 5* service and product, very happy customer!

I had a problem with a broken basin - all seem fine on delivery but when I came to open the box for the first fix - oh dear. Smashed corner!
Unfortunately for me, it was at least 6 weeks since delivery - I had figured best to leave it in the box as more likely to damage it fiddling around than leaving it be when nothing seemed off. Wrong!
Despite this they quickly resolved the issue and committed to deliver me a new basin. So pleased as having to chase them down or get onto Barclaycard didn't fill me with joy

Just finished renovating one of the bathrooms in our property and ordered the Kensington sink unit from Aquaroc. It’s absolutely beautiful and finishes the bathroom off perfectly . The quality is fantastic and delivery was swift and efficient .
Unfortunately our plumber damaged it upon installation but Mark has been extremely helpful in replacing the damaged part.
Highly recommmed and will definitely be using Aquaroc again for our next 3 bathroom renovations .0
