Good service checked the bits needed and helped get the right parts for the stove

Service and delivery was great but finding the right size fire brick was really difficult. Ended up buying another (double postage) to fit!!

I have Been trying to get the fire sorted since September. The fire cost almost £2k, 18 months ago and already it is the 2nd major part to go on it. Being told it was not covered under the lifetime guarantee was devastating. Almost £600 for the new part is criminal. When you rely on heat to aid your mobility when you are disabled is crucial. Arada would not deal with us and told us go back to where we purchased it. We have been emailing the supplier, they have then had to email Arada each time with each question or quote, 12 emails in all over a 4 month period. Still not sorted so my gas fitter found the part on their website and purchased it on our behalf. Would never buy this make again or from this supplier and we are praying we get more than 18 months use out of these substandard parts.

This excellent company provided a throatplate for my 15 year old Hamlet wood burning stove. I ordered two spare parts which were well packed and delivered swiftly by a reputable courier.

Despite being told the rope door kit was the correct part for my wood burner and being very careful to follow installation instructions, it does not seal the door and the glass is sooting up

Incredibly good customer service, and product arrived quickly and well packaged. After sales was brilliant with advice on fitting a new liner brick. They really went over and above to help me. Customer service the way it should be, and now i wont go anywhere else.
