Today Rosie has been brilliant she has gone out of her way and rang accounts for me and sorted a payment out which I have been waiting nearly a week to be taken out she did this whithin minutes thank you again

Andre who sorted my truck insurance out was so easy to understand and in all my years of driving have I ever found it as straight forward and simple to get my quote and insuring me. 3 or 4 days ago I rang to ask for some paper documents to be sent to me and I have received them already. Their customer service is absolutely marvelous

I came across the company by good fortune while searching around for insurance after some years without a car. Their pricing was excellent. The staff member I was dealing with (Fraser) was very helpful, really felt he was doing the best to help me through the process from getting my quotation, then completing all paperwork. I even asked many questions that was answered quickly. Help with checking paperwork as we went along, the proof of dash cam iimages (condition of my policy provider) . Highly recommend

My contact was professional, helpful, timely and explained everything to my satisfaction. I felt I was his only customer, he took the time to ensure I understood everything, nothing was left out, very nice interaction and I actually got what I asked for! Pricing was good too. I would definitely recommend the company.
