Paid Order Not Delivered – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I placed my order with Armas Clothing on 12 September and received an email on 14 September stating that my order had been shipped. However, it has now been almost two weeks and I still have not received my paid order.
I have contacted the company regarding the delay, but instead of providing a clear solution or ensuring that my parcel is delivered, I have been directed toward the courier issue. As a customer, my concern is that I paid Armas Clothing for my order and expect the company to ensure that it reaches me.
I urgently needed this order and the lack of timely delivery and proper resolution has been extremely frustrating. If there is a problem with the courier, I believe the company should actively follow up with them and arrange delivery rather than leaving the customer to deal with the consequences.
I hope Armas Clothing takes responsibility, improves its delivery/customer service process, and provides customers with proper assistance when paid orders are delayed or lost. If the order cannot be delivered, I expect a full refund.

thieves . they have got me double charged Rs 45600 order which is close to Rs 1 lakh now and have never delivered my parcel. it was my first time order from armas clothing and was a worst experience. they know very well how to take money from their customers but don't know that they have to deliver it too . and when i called there customer service they say they haven't received any amount. frauds .

Very pricey and not worth it
Very pricey and not worth it. I purchased a velvet dress with raw silk trousers. The embroidery color is not matching with outfit. The trouser’s color is also different, trouser is see through as well.
Very disappointing.
Just the designs are good but very expensive.
Not recommended at all.

Luxurious, Value for Money and best service
I have ordered an outfit very close to eid dates, although it was sold out but upon my persistent request Team immediately arranged the outfit and managed to deliver within a day so I can receive before Eid.
And the outfit was amazing, very luxurious. Purely Value for Money.

I ordered 4 dresses and received my parcel today, but the quality is VERY POOR and not worth the price at all. Extremely disappointing.
When I asked for a refund, they said they only offer exchanges and asked me to order something else. But if all 4 items I received are such poor quality, how can I trust ordering again and paying delivery fees repeatedly? It feels like being stuck in a loop.
I requested a refund, but they refused. I would not recommend buying from them.
