Arrow were excellent from the word go to the completion of work. Arrow removed old cavity wall insulation{what was left of it }and installed new bead insulation in Sepember 2023. Frank And Dan worked non stop, drinking coffees on the go and left everything neat and tidy. The difference made to heat retention was noticeable within a few heating cycles but almost more important was the fact that all damp patches have disappeared. There has been a noticeable difference in our energy usage over this Winter. Highly recommend this company.

A good experience from the office,the survey(by the boss)the foam removal team and the installation team. My only reservation was that no dust sheets were provided for the loft which we were told in E Mail would be,resulting in considerable dust over all our belongings for which they did return and hoover up.

Had a great experience with everyone we dealt with in the Arrow Insulation team, friendly, helpful and efficient. Jody who completed the survey was knowledgeable and friendly and provided a quote the same day. Carly in the office could not be more helpful, got answers to my questions and booked us in within a week for the installation. Lee and Graham who completed the work were friendly, efficient and got the job done really quickly and cleaned up after, as well as checking I was happy with the work. We could not believe the difference in the house (consistently warm throughout now) and would highly recommend using Arrow. Great job and great team.

Did a thorough survey before the installation. Then on the day arrived on time and immediately started work. A well trained and experienced team, friendly and communicative. Knew what they were doing and did a good job, checking everything was as it should be as they went along. Happy to recommend Arrow Insulation.

The first quotation included full details of the work required for cavity wall installation on our bungalow. It also included diagrams and full terms and conditions, so there were no surprises later. The work was carried out on time in only 3 hours, including a vent for our log burner. Harry and Jake were helpful and careful throughout and tidied up well before leaving.

great service arrived at time stated completed exstraction in 6 hours, clean all rubbish away left clean and tidy, day 2 arrived again on time completed the instaltion of insulation material and again left all clean and tidy, staff very pleasant an freindly, checked with us all the time to be certain all was fine 15/16th january 2024

Unfortunately I went with this company with the reviews I saw on Trustpilot. The guys arrived on time and were friendly enough and got on with the task. As I was in my upstairs office and they were drilling holes in the walls to insert the bead insulation, I heard a crack and masonry falling inside of the house. They had drilled a large hole through the interior wall into the top hall dropping plaster and masonry all over the stairs. After using MY plaster filler and tools to repair the hole, they proceed to drill a very large hole in the front room for an air vent for the log fire. Once they had finished and left, it started to rain, water was leaking through the vent and down the plaster onto our wooden floor. The company sent another team out to replace and repair, but again the cheap plastic vent and the sealant they used was not good enough and when it rained again, water leaked down from the vent, down the new decorated wall onto our newly laid wooden floor. In the end I PAID a friend to replace the cheap plastic vent and screw and seal a new metal vent on the inside/outside of the house. Not a good experience for the large amount of money paid.

A really efficient and professional job

We have a 1960’s bungalow that always felt cold and damp and discovered that the cavity wall insulation was the poorly filled woollen fibre type. Looking for a local Dorset-based business that came with good reviews we came across Arrow that provided both the extraction and fill service we needed. Matthew first came out to survey the cavities and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the situation and what Arrow could do to help, and swiftly followed up with a quote for the works. No pressurised selling. Carly in the office was really helpful in arranging the works that would take place over two days, with the extraction team having to go about their business on a day when it poured with rain all day. How they stayed smiling and cheerful all day was beyond me. The cavity fill team the next day were as professional as the team before and left our property clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Arrow and our property now feels warmer and drier as a consequence of their hard work.

The admin ladies at the company are lovely to deal with and got me booked in. Lee & Graham were friendly and explained everything. They did a thorough job, tidied up and made sure I was happy.
